Hello Peter I am Bulelwa Papiyana, I would like to appreciate Busiswa Mabona working for FNB in the collections desk, not sure of the business unit. Her service levels are quite high, I really want to appreciate her openly because she was extra ordinary, her ability to handle my query was amazing, she sounds very young but yet she is very compassionate, able to put you at ease, reassuring me while she made things happen. I need your assistance or advise on how to handle an enquiry I have with ADT Security Services in Port Elizabeth Eastern Cape. The whole office is so useless including the Regional Head Anathi Tiyo who is even worse than the staff on the ground, no one seem to know what is happening. I need your assistance or advise on how to handle an enquiry I have with ADT Security Services in Port Elizabeth Eastern Cape. My contract had to be terminated due to their breach of contract---system was not working, they sent a technician to install a new one after numerous reports I have submitted with the sales lady that later on didn't bother to come back to me on emails or take my calls Rhonda Nazer, matter was referred to their senior technical staff and management Kaizer Gilili who at least made an effort to come check and confirmed that the system is not working and they will need to re-change it, it was at that stage I demanded to cancel, they came up with a cancellation fee, since I am cancelling before termination date, I have advised them that breach is on their end and not mine, which they understood after numerous visits and testing of their system that was not working. Only for me to find a statement recently, in June 2023 and the cancellation was in July 2022, they have handed me to attorney's for non-payment for a contract I do not have with them, when I contact Anathi Tiyo 'Regional Manager Eastern Cape' whatever he is, he came back after a couple of days to say he has referred my matter to the accounts department, 'how so.....; I asked him because there was a cancellation, he is not a man of many words not does he email you anything that makes sense either than he tried to call me back and couldn't get through to me. I recently called their office again after a couple of weeks waiting for someone to get back, call went through to Aldo Meyer on the 7th July 2023 who promised me to get Kaizer Gilili to write off this account as he can pick up what has transpired and I promised them that I will go public about the matter, I had Aldo's word that they will definitely get back to me on or before Monday the 10th of July 2023. I am still waiting--I now please need your help on how to handle such incompetence, what am I to do? I need a legal process on how to deal with these people please, maybe if they are to pay for my time wasted on the matter they will actually take care and do better with their future clients as well.
