Processes fraudulent debit Orders
Processes fraudulent debit Orders without checking details. And when you contact them with a dispute yo get told to call the person who created the debit order, taking no accountablility for the issue that they caused by loading the debit order.

Allows fraudulent debit orders
Just allows anyone to load a debit order with no verification. Then tells me I am unable to dispute the debit order. So FICA only counts when it is in their favor, noe to protect the accounts of clients.

Fraud
Fraudulently loaded a Debit order onto my account and now I have tojump through all the loops to get it cancelled when I NEVER authorised the debit order. Clearly no one checks anything at this company.

Worst accounts dept
Accounts dept is pathetic! 6 monthes after the tests were doen in hospital, I get a phone call to tell me the account is outstandig. 3 hour later a sms to tell me the account will now be handed over for collection! Do you not have a phone to call a person! You would think with the 60 forms you have to fill in before being admitted into hospital you have all the contact information you need. I work in finance and any legal action will place my career at risk. Very poor service and I pray I NEVER have to use you again.

Fraud report
<p>I have become aware that a fraudulent loan was taken on my name. I cannot find any place on the website to report the fraud, and no one is picking up the phone. This is kind of urgent. </p>
