Very bad service. I was phoned more than a week ago, and informed that they would resolve the problem with the "Help Me by MiWay" app. Looks like no one cares.
VEry bad service. I am still waiting for MiWay to sort out the "Help Me" app. I phoned yesterday, and the lady was very helpful. She informed me that the other guy is dealing with this. She spoke with him, and he informed her that I am not their client. WOW! I can quickly make that a reality. I gave them my name and ID number. Later, I found my policy number and gave it to her; she informed the guy, and he told her that he will phone me. Still nothing. Guess you will wait forever for a claim. Think I must cancel my policy here. PATHETIC service.

Useless. Don't even bother, they do not exist. The person "Jabulile" is slow, taking 24 hours to reply, and then ends the chat. I don't think this person has a brain. Rather, try another insurance company.

Very bad service. Do not trust them; they are dishonest. They still owe me R825, which they refuse to give back. They double-charged me for the one month. I have asked numerous times for them to give it back. They do not reply to emails only if they need something from you. I want everyone to be aware of this company.
Worst Insurance company ever. Check your bank statements if you are with SAFIRE, as they sometimes deduct the amount twice from your account in one month; this is what we call theft. They can't even give a reason for it. Waiting almost a week for a reply. You will have to use your time and pay bank fees to have it reversed. Secondly, you wait months for a payout if you have a claim.

I have a debit order with VOX, some months they do not deduct the monthly fee. I find out that my internet is suspended. I make the manual payment and still no internet after I have reset everything. The accounts department can't tell me why it is not deducting the monthly fee sometimes. There is always money in the account as it is a business account, I never run out of funds. This is unacceptable. To start work the morning and find out there is no internet. After payment still nothing. Worst service ever.
Worst service ever. Spend over a R100 in airtime to try and sort out the installation of the aircon and installation service package I have bought. First, I was promised it will be installed on the 30th December 2024 at 10:00. It did not happen. Secondly, I got promised it will be installed on the 31st December at 09:00, it did not happen. Then head office tells me the installation guy is on his way to my house, which he is not. The contractors that does the installation phones me and tell me they will install it on the 2nd of January. I refused as I was promised it will be on the 31st December after I phoned them and asked where are they on the 30th. People at Builders Head office tells me different stories each time. I will return my aircon and go buy it at Kloppers as this is pathetic service.
