Ongoing outstanding query and no response
Dear Nedbank<br> I have been ignored now for too long. I will not go away while you still promise to 'make things happen', things that are outstanding for me. I suppose you did not say when. Please, let's close this chapter responsibly and amicably. Someone in Nedbank must be able to take responsibility and/or provide a reasonable explanation (not excuses please!). I look forward to hearing from whoever that person is.<br> Thank you

we're human and life happens
Please be proactive and understand that customers and life means CHANGE....<br> and, consider the idea of 24 by 7....meaning, if you change your airline booking within 24 hours and before 7 days of travelling, REALLY....what expense have you incurred and why can this change on the website not be FREE!!!<br> we are all human....make mistakes ....and life happens....viz changes!<br> PS for THIS great idea, a free travel voucher for two to DBN or CT would be gratefully appreciated :)

Not making things happen
This is a buyer beware warning. How long does it take to settle a Nedbank home loan?<br> More than 12 months, and I still do not have my title deed!<br> Whether it is incompetance, passing the buck, no feedback, away for lunch/leave/other, layers and layers of verification, Nedbank do just not make things happen. I have spent enormous time, energy and emotion into just simply wanting to fully own my own property and met with incompetance and passing the buck, right to the bitter end, which keeps eluding me. Not again, Nedbank, if it's the last bank on the planet!<br> Your very latest passing of the buck it just outrageous. Don't reimburse my duplicate homeowners insurance installments to me, insist on paying to my current insurance company, who will now instruct you in writing to pay me out directly. The money was paid by me, to you, and is owed back to me - after months of providing one document after the next, PAY ME!! Really!!! TTL I never had to use you for any of the claims, albeit I would have then known sooner how you just keep passing the buck and don't make things happen. (You need to change your slogan to something more relevant as this one does not fit. By any means)

Isthe expiry date on Glucophage really the expiry
Date And/or can it be used past the expiry date? Can I return it for testing, or do I dispose down the drain?<br> I have 2 full boxes....one Jan 2015 and another Mar 2015<br> Thank you

Overchargeing
Why does a contact sent by SMS on my iPhone at the beginning of the month, when I have plenty of data still available and free SMSs on my contract, apparently convert to a mms and then I get billed additionally, as data?!
