Bought 4 Cellini bags on 01/09/25 . 2x Grande and 2x Microlite . Extreme care was taken to keep them secure from damage . Unfortunately when we landed at our destination and again in SA the microlites were severely damaged as oppose to the Grande that was scratched and slightly dented . On inspection Cellini said airline damage and I truly believe it’s the quality of the material of the Microlite as I had something to compare against . Lost a fortune of money as airline rejected claim . I feel Cellini should compensate me for the microlites especially since they advertise their 10yr warranty on the bags. I could rather choose a different design. Instead they packed it up with a report and returned it to me 🫤😓😤
Traveled on the 19/09/25 with Qatar Airways with brand new Celini bags purchased on the 01/09/25 for R14000 . Bags had a cover and plastic wrap. Returned and bags were beyond recognition. Like a plastic container that was heated and squashed 🫣 Laid a claim with Qatar and totally rejected …. Said we should claim from Travel insurance as bags were not broken 😠 which after access we will be receiving less than half the value . How do I claim the balance from Qatar Airways . Certainly they can meet us halfway if the insurance is giving just under half 🤔 I will never fly Qatar Airways again for this reason. 😡
I have had the worst experience ever . Bought a dishwasher which from day 1 was not drying . I was allocated 3 technicians in the 2 yrs of warranty. The last being Alwyn the most senior technician . They all saw the problem . Videos were taken and said to me I will get feedback . Each time feedback was “ No fault found “ 😡Everytime they came and ran cycles I had to take off work. Now I have an extended warranty with Hirsch’s and they are trying to resolve the matter . I had to take off work again to run a cycle as the fourth technician waited for an hour , Exactly the same was found . One technician admitted the machine needed replacing. Stainless steel *****s rusted 🫢🫤 I feel Whirlpool after sales is pathetic and their products are inferior therefore you don’t get good after sales service . I had taken this to the consumer council but they said they got feedback of “ no fault found” .
Excellent , Thabiso was thorough, resolved my problem with the oven… Explained the issue in detail .Very pleasant and respected my home environment. Worked neatly 👌🏻
