Hello my withdrawals have been rejected continuously stating that there I need to share Fica documents, I uploaded the documents and received an email confirming my account was verified and active andbut my withdrawals are still being rejected. I contacted support who told me that the email i received from your fica team was a glitch and the account is not verified and being escalated so I am unable to withdraw. This is the 4th time since yesterday that my withdrawal got rejected. I have emailed support and chatted to then but no resolution.

As per our terms and conditions, bonuses are only applicable to Sports, Lucky Numbers, and Horse Racing.we have deducted is the bonus funds that was credited to you when loading vouchers, which cannot be utilized in live games. As a result, the withdrawal was declined due to the recovery of the bonus." Tell me if these responses make any sense considering bonus money can't be used on live gaming? I receive a generic answer and are sent bonus t and c's and they close the tickets the process starts again.. Its seems as if they just do not want to assist. Its is now over 1 week later and they keep logging new tickets and refusing to try to understand my issue or look into who made this error. They keep saying that they can revoke your winnings if they feel you are abusing a bonus yet I am stating that I made a deposit and the bonus was removed when i withdrew. The agents behave as if they would be ok with the responses they provide us and I doubt they would be so uninterested if was their money that was There is no trust in this establishment, if you hit the jackpot you may never get paid out. To date nobody has contacted me I have to keep sending emails and getting told this same story about this bonus and apparently I placed too many bets for the July . I received a call last Friday saying I would get feedback on Saturday after they analyse the transaction report as they could not understand the issue after looking at my profile and I have not heard back yet. The team that is holding back withdrawals needs to be investigated as their reasonings do not add up. The agent on Friday says my winnings is forfeited because of the bonus and when I explained I am told that it is the feedback she received from their payments team. Instead of reversing the monies back into my account, it disappears into thin air and I'm being told it's forfeited and to just accept that where are the funds? Winnings I made from my money how does it make any sense???

I had recently made 3 withdrawals and they have been cancelled and when I called customer services they say I need to wait 7 days which is unacceptable. There is an sms stating it is cancelled because on bonus TCS but the bonus is reversed when you withdraw and there was no refund made to my account either
I purchased 2 of the insulated cups and after 2 months, one of the cups no longer keeps liquids cool and there is condensation on the outside. I purchased these at Dischem at R399 each and it's unacceptable to be defected after a few months, I don't have the slip any longer and not able to return so it is very disappointing
The absolute worst network, I am paying for a 30 mbs line and receive less than 3mbs I pay over R3000 for my contracts and to get service like this is frustrating. I run my businesses from home and we can't receive emails at times the network drops for hours and its ridiculous. I previously complained and someone from the customer complaints assisted me, once again they had no solution beside for me to inconvenience myself and take the modem to the nearest Vodacom. I visited the branch near me and was told it was my area that was the problem and the signal is not good. I am now expected to pay for data I can't use, this is unavailable unacceptable. I had to buy a MTN prepaid sim and receiving 50mbs. It's ridiculous, because I live in the same area and this only started happened when I upgraded on a black Friday deal. There is no interest by anyone in Vodacom because you lock people in contracts and then do nothing about your service. How are you providing contracts in areas that can not receive network? As the technician at your store said the network in my area os the problem and not the device.Please can someone look into this and provide a solution
Worat customer services, I have been waiting for my 2 withdrawals since the weekend. I called over 4 times and each agent has an attitude as if they are paying you their money. The first agent told me they verifying my details before payment can be made, what are you verifying when payments have been processed normally on my past withdrawal on the same day. I called the next day they say I need to wait 72 hours, but 1 withdrawal will be processed. It's a day later nothing has been received and I called and they said there is a backlog and it will be processed today. I am now waiting 4 days for my own money when it normally is paid real time and every agent is giving me a different excuse with an attitude. Please can someone look into this
