Pathetic Online Service,
Worst Online service ever. I bought a Defy Mini Oven Stove on the 30th April and to this day I have not received my parcel. Tracking status has been on "Item handed to Courier" for more than 5 days now, No updates--no nothing. Most pathetic service from such a huge company.

Poor Quality Clothing
Worst Experience Yet. Bought a white ALPHA INSDUSTRIES T-shirt from Superbalist- A Black One was delivered Instead. Upon further inspection I noticed that the Label in the PACKAGE said its a white shirt. TO make matters worse, the label was detached from the shirt, Implying THAT It was RIPPED from AN ACTUAL WHITE SHIRT...QUALITY of the shirt is poor. I HAVENT EVEN WASHED THE SHIRT and the stitching around the neck is already coming off.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND. Bought a white T-shirt from them and they delivered a black one...Label in the PACKAGE said its a white shirt. CLIENTELE DEBIT ORDER SCAM
Clientele have fraudulently created a Policy on my behalf and debited money from my bank account without my authorization or Consent. All my efforts to contact them have been fruitless, they do not answer their calls or respond to messages and emails. I want a refund of the money you have debited from my account. I have never ever joined/enlisted for any of your policy offerings nor do i have the means to pay for one. Also, how did you people sign me up for a policy without my consent? Whose cellphone number was used? Who is covered on this fraudulent policy? I have so many questions
