STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND. Bought a white T-shirt from them and they delivered a black one...Label in the PACKAGE said its a white shirt. TO make matter worse, the label was detached from the shirt, Implying THAT It was RIPPED from AN ACTUAL WHITE SHIRT...QUALITY of the shirt is poor. I HAVENT EVEN WASHED THE SHIRT and the stitching around the neck is already coming off. WOULD NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO BU FROM THESE ******

My son's school had emailed about a 'Career day' in 4 days time and my little man wanted to go dressed as an astronaut. I then googled for astronaut costumes and that is how I found Alpha Industries. I saw the negative reviews by other customers and decided nah.. lets give them a try. LOL! Bought a flight-suit with a NASA logo which got delivered on the third day. I was happy until I opened the package to find it was the wrong size. They sent 9-10 yrs when I ordered 7-8 yrs.. okay cool, went online and requested an exchange/refund but its been 2 days now and no response.. Lack of communication, bad website and getting sizes wrong = 1 star

We have been lure by Tshepo whilst walking in the mall to purchase items in store. Paid exhorbetent prices for Alpha bomber jackets they are defective and we have taken them back to the store received no response since already two weeks.Have returned the items to the store at Afrca Mall. Consumers beware the Alpha products are defective and fake and no after sale service please check your products as the material is defective. Warn and caution all consumers. The franchisor governs the franchise. Have been advised the products are from alpha and contacted them directly they too refuse to take liability for the there defective materials used to manufacture these products again consumers are kicked from pillar to post and not acceptable will be pursued with ombudsman.

On the 29th of November I purchased some items directly from the Alpha Industries website. The order had a status of 'processing' for about two weeks and I sent an email to the company that went unanswered. A week later I then called their offices and they said they would get back to me and one of the most surprising thing was they asked me if I'd sent in the proof of payment (which was the first time I heard of it after making an online purchase). I emailed the bank statement that showed I had made payment and a few days later, on the 18th, I got an email apologizing for the inconvenience and informing me that the item I had bought was out of stock. The email then required me to 'choose a replacement item' on the website so that my order can be processed. This made no mention of the fact that the company offices were closing for the festive period till God knows when. I only found this out when I went to their website that the day I recieved the email was the last day of business this year. To this very day I wait for them to open or at least get back to me.
