I'm so upset! I chatted with Christopher on secure chat minutes ago and He was so clueless it was upsetting!! I explained to him that there's this thing i don't what it is called that allows me to make purchases even when there's no money in the account, limit is around R5000 and I would like it removed! He repeatedly kept saying "You don't have an overdraft facility on your account" and "Its pending transactions". I even made an example of two items I purchased on the 20th of Aug when the balance was sitting on negative R3000 something, asking how then were those successful and he couldn't give an answer! This wasn't the first time of me asking to have this removed! I spoke to a guy a year ago who had said it wasn't possible to have it removed and so I let it go! Now I NEED it removed or I am switching banks! But that Christopher guy upset me so much! He made it sound like I'm lying or something just because he didn't see the overdraft facility on the account. I would rather he said "I don't don't see 1 2.. It might be something else, we'll investigate". Mxm!! I then asked for a number to call. so I'll call the 087 number and try find someone who knows the product well and can assist.
Yoh! I'm so upset right now!! 1st.. My order was delayed for weeks with no communication! 2nd.. Half of the items were suddenly 'out of stock'! 3rd.. Order delivered a few minutes ago and guess what?? There's an item missing! One was supposed to be a "SET" but the plastic was torn with only the jersey inside... no shorts! Tried calling... no answer! Now I have to email and play the waiting game!!
I am so disappointed! I ordered an item and paid for NEXT DAY (Saturday) delivery only to receive an sms at 16h00 that "we tried to deliver, but couldn't", when clicking the link it says "recipient wasn't available to take delivery, so we'll reschedule". I got so mad!!! I stayed at home waiting for it!
First order with CTM and NO! I would NOT recommend them. Should've read the reviews and checked the ratings but i really liked the bathroom mirror. Made an order on the 26th at 00h30 and delivery was scheduled same day.. which didn't happen because "Store was unable to locate order for handover". Waited.. waited.. no communication. I emailed on the 30th.. no response.. I then called (yesterday) to cancel and the guy said i'd get an email TODAY to confirm the cancelation. I called around 3pm because i just knew no email was coming.. the same guy (Mpho) told me to keep checking my emails.. i might receive it today or tomorrow.. I mean seriously? will wait and see but i have a feeling this refund is going to take a lot more calls and complaints before it happens. Another thing that bothers me is that this 'Mpho Mabena' guy seems to be responsible for everything.. He handled the order confirmation and delivery booking which FAILED.. HE SUCKS AT COMMUNICATING and i must still talk to the same guy for the refund? Yoh!
Yoh! These guys should just shut down the company. They don't deliver as scheduled and what annoys me the most is that 3 of my orders had to be rescheduled with the exception: "Customer not available to accept delivery".. while i've been "AVAILABLE" at home waiting!!!
I made an online order with 21 items on the 13th Dec and received an email today with subject "Refund".. turns out some of the items were cancelled and refunded but there had been no email to notify me that the items were out of stock! Another reason for the 1 star is the useless courier company they use called "WumDrop ZA" but I will review it seperately.
I called customer service to request a refund + the personal loan acc closure after a settlement amount was paid via an FNB consolidation loan on the 19th Nov. I was then told to email service@wesbank.co.za which I did on the 22nd November. There was no response and on the 28th the debit went off.. I'm still waiting and what annoys me is that Wesbank is the ONLY one giving me an issue. Other creditors have refunded and closed accounts. I WOULD NOT recommend Wesbank personal loans. Capfin is a far better option if you're looking for a loan, they respond to emails and solve customer queries on time.
I went to POLO Eastgate yesterday around 10am to return a hoodie i had purchased online. I have never in my life experienced such poor service. I walked into the store and because the hoodie still had the security tag, it beeped on entrance but there were two ladies there. I explained to them that i want to return the product and get a refund. So one of them took the box, opened it.. checked the slip and just said "I don't have cash".. I was so lost but she then explained that they only refund via a credit card or give cash and I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD!!! So, I asked her if it meant i needed to open one to get the refund.. I mean of-course i wasn't going to.. I just didn't understand why they couldn't refund using the original payment method?? like other stores do! She ended up suggesting i leave the product and my details and when they have the "CASH" they will contact me to come get it. How ridiculous is that? I have to Uber to Eastgate again and its far from where i stay, just for the refund! I will never order from POLO again! It was my first and last!
My son's school had emailed about a 'Career day' in 4 days time and my little man wanted to go dressed as an astronaut. I then googled for astronaut costumes and that is how I found Alpha Industries. I saw the negative reviews by other customers and decided nah.. lets give them a try. LOL! Bought a flight-suit with a NASA logo which got delivered on the third day. I was happy until I opened the package to find it was the wrong size. They sent 9-10 yrs when I ordered 7-8 yrs.. okay cool, went online and requested an exchange/refund but its been 2 days now and no response.. Lack of communication, bad website and getting sizes wrong = 1 star
Worst courier service EVER!!! Parcel keeps getting delayed and delayed with no proper explanation! They rarely pick up calls and when they do, they tell you lies! I called to ask about a 2-day delivery delay at 16h22, got put on hold and was later told that the driver would arrive in 30 mins.. its now 16h58!
