Takealot's quality has plummeted. They're messing up every second order and the communication is very robotic and rehe****d. What a freak'n burden it is to deal with customer service. It seems like HIGHLY under qualified people are being hired for cheap labor or something. Freak'n robots. I had to return 3-4 items in 1 month because of incorrect color/specifications/make, etcetera. Incorrect colors? That's crazy. You learn about colors in second grade. I hope AI replaces their slow, under performing, under qualified staff in future
Bunch of college dropouts in customer service. 3 weeks and still waiting for an answer to my ONE question, which they're bviously avoiding. Is it that hard to push the "refund" button on your computers? All these irrelevant explanations. Might as well be ****mers because you fit the criteria with your two brain cells that's needed to do what you do anyway. Ffs. Lekker dof. I want my money back. I don’t want parts replaced on a BRAND NEW laptop. I paid 28k for what????? Just push that refund button. Simple. Not buying your *** again.
South Africa has all the smart people, buts it's run by donkeys. Showmax is such a poor excuse for a streaming service. Low quality display on a 4k tv, noticeable sound degrading throughout movies. Fokken corrupt donkeys.
