Thanks Eezi Move for our moving experience. A relatively [no pun meant] easy move. All things followed to plan, from the initial 'survey' visit by their consultant, to the regular follow-ups up until the 'dreaded day' of the move. The pre-packing team were efficient and helpful, as were the move day team. The move was all done withing the day. The only hic-cup was one cabinet's glass was broken when, pre-loading, it was allowed to 'fall over' and the glass was damaged. Otherwise a very pleasant experience. If one can call a 'move' pleasant.
Excellent service from start to finish. Came out as promised, inspected the site and gave valuable information of what was needed. possible screeding when the existing laminate was remove. Ensured that the vinyl clip was properly installed on a level screeded surface. Added 'finishing touches to ensure that the new floor blended in well with existing finished. Thanks team, a wonderful job done.
We were in the process of moving, and on 7 January 2025 requested a discontinuing of the existing residence service as of end January and requesting the new residence service from 23 January 2025. A a full calendar month notice of discontinuation was required by Cool Ideas they billed us for February as well. However, although we were pro rata billed for the new residence service immediately, were were without internet connection until 9am on 29 January, despite repeated email and phone calls to get the service up and running ASAP
Took my car in for an annual service, requesting especially to attend to the "knocking" noise in the engine compartment when going over bumps. On return of the vehicle there was nothing wrong to be found, exhaust leak to be attended to by the client. When I took the car in to Supa Quick Witkoppen, for the exhaust issue, there was nothing to be found wrong with the exhaust. They found that the front stabilizer links and front shocks were worn and had to be replaced, and the top right engine mounting was worn and needed to be replaced? This work was carried out. Knocking noise went away!!!!!!! Why was this not picked up at the Hyundai Woodmead Service?
Contacted Alpha-Plumbing about faulty taps They promptly came out and assessed the situation. Suggested that we source replacement taps that suit our choice and then came in to replace them, very promptly. Excellent service from front desk and from the field team Jan and Sungwau
Samsung Galaxy Fit2 Fitness Tracker great acquisition initially. After 8 (eight) months of relative happy usage, the 'sleep tracker' stopped working, then the 'heart rate' stopped working, then the 'stress monitor' stopped working. Now it can only be used as a "watch" Not the purpose for which it was acquired as I already have watches?

TV ad states phone in and within 10 minutes we will have issued you with a quote. Utter *******. After 45 minutes, twice, still could not get a satisfactory quote. Had to resort to a personal consultant visit
After having a lot of trouble and time, back and forth on the phone I set up a 'face-to-face' meeting with OUTsurance representative, Jaques Rossouw. What a gentleman. Everything sorted to our satisfaction to be taken onboard as a client of OUTsurance. Now we look forward to the same ongoing great service.
