Unnecessary calls and harassment
Worst debt collector, they will call you everyday for no reason besides harassing clients. Account paid every month even twice a month buy their people will call you asking about the money, I do not know whether there is no tracking system to check accounts that are paid every month so you eliminate these unnecessary calls every day.

Acknowledge the payment made before time to stop the sequestration process against my name.
They threatened me with sequestration and demanded I pay the full amount before end of February 2024, I did that a week ago but they are quiet now no communication at all from their side. The consultant or attorney is Jessie Radebe who demanded that I pay the money or else I get sequestration. It’s been long and no response that’s so unprofessional coming from them after threatening me.

Non clearance on ITC for 7 months
I settled an account that was handed over last year November. Till today they have not taken the steps to clear my name on the ITC and update my account as closed on their side. In April if not March I called their legal head office for assistance and they promised to clear my name but so far nothing, I then further took an initiative to call the same head office for legal matters and they promised in 10 working days it will be sorted and I don’t trust that since it’s the second time they say that.

Settlement letter
No communication whatsoever on the status of the account now that I’ve paid and settled the account with this firm. They are just mum about it.
