They do not answer my emails, I'm trying to sort out an Cartack account of a car I sold over a year ago. I cancelled the cartrack thereafter. Now Viljoen Attorneys sent a threatening letter and threatening WA messages even after I requested by email from Viljoen attorneys details on the amount in arrears. Frustrating! You cannot call their number displayed on their website, if you do, Cartrack answers the phone!!!

Viloen Attorneys (DV Law) have continuously harassed for an an amount they claim is outstanding to Cartrack. What was even further frustrating is that when Cheryl-Lee and La-Keisha from DV Law contacted me on separate occasions, I sent them credit notes from Cartrack proving that there no amounts due or outstanding from our end. It seems these attorneys will stop at nothing until the apparent outstanding amount is paid into their account even though they are in possession of Cartrach credit notes to all previously issued invoices. I would like it if I can get an acknowledgement of my emails and not just get their emails from different people.

Good day I keep wanting to make payment for my outstanding bill but every single time I am met with very rude agents. They must never make themselves perfect in this world. HUMANITY can go a very long way. I sure this debt would have been paid a very long time ago if it was not the the extremely Agents. Train your people to have humanity and kindness, you don't know what the next person is going through.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the handling of my car tracker account by your company. Despite making the necessary payment, I have yet to receive access to the app used to monitor my car's whereabouts. On 20 March 2024 I made the payment for the car tracker service, expecting to be able to utilize the app immediately. However, to my dismay, I have not been able to open the application or access any of the services promised to me. Additionally, when I reached out to the official car track company for assistance in resolving this matter, I was met with indifference and a lack of willingness to assist. This lack of support from both VLaw and the car track company is deeply concerning and has left me feeling neglected as a customer. I would like to request an immediate resolution to this issue. I expect either access to the app and the services I paid for. I urge VLaw to improve its customer service and accountability in handling such matters to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Please respond to this letter at your earliest convenience to discuss how we can rectify this situation promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Thabang Kgope

They threatened me with sequestration and demanded I pay the full amount before end of February 2024, I did that a week ago but they are quiet now no communication at all from their side. The consultant or attorney is Jessie Radebe who demanded that I pay the money or else I get sequestration. Itโs been long and no response thatโs so unprofessional coming from them after threatening me.

These are most *********** and ******* debt collection attorneys. They don't communicate with their clients so that they can increase legal fees for no reason. I paid up my account with Vermaak Pathcare Pathologist in December. I owing the debt collectors on around R104, now they always increase the legal fees to above R200 so that they ****** more money from me. Their communication is the worst. They will always tell you the attorneys are in court or busy, and you can't talk to them now
