I sent a message to the FNB self service portal, querying a negative balance that i found on my account this morning… the clarity that i received is that “funds were reserved” when i made a purchase, however the money left my account when i made the purchase… so i’m now expected to make provision of the negative balance that my account is on, how? and every week i have to pay some sort of money towards my negative bank balance and it’s for this reason that i never want money inside my main FNB account
i have been waiting for a parcel with no communication, when i call they tell me it’s a public holiday and there’s no assistance they can offer me… how’s about you send me parcel on time to avoid not being able to assist me on a public holiday!
I visited the bootlegger at the Thatchfield Centre andordered a cuppaccino with cream, my cuppaccino didn’t have cream but i got charged an additional R10 for it… when disputing it with the manager she says they don’t add whipped cream on top of their cuppaccino, yet i got charged for it! never going back there
I’m so over the service at Rosebank College, students are not a priority at all. I’ve tirelessly tried contacting almost every campus because the Pretoria CBD campus isn’t answering my calls, they processed my transfer to the online campus and i’ve still not received communication in terms of registration, i’ve logged a ticket on IIE RC Assist and still nothing. The semester has started, i’ve already missed some assessments 🤷🏽♀️ . One of the whatsapp agents tell me i should wait for second semester intake because registration is closed, i cannot believe the inconvenience. I highly wouldn’t recommend this school, there’s always a story and a situation with them…. i’m supposed to be completing my final year this year and now i have to make amendments to complete my degree next year! this is pathetic
