I called in to request a callback n spoke to Riona Lala. She was so helpful n even assisted me with taking my daughter off the policy as she is now 18. Everything done in less than 5 minutes, even after I sent the copy of her ID, I received a prompt response. What excellent service with a smile. Thank you

James was the only consultant who did hos job with kindness n compassion. He did not bully me like the others, he called back when he said he would n listened to me. He gave me time to think n provided all the info I needed, he was so patient. Please teach your other consultants that we are also people... Thank you James, I truly appreciate you during this difficult time.

Beware of buying from these guys, they take your money n don't deliver the goods
Beware of Best buys, I bought an item n they promised delivery last week. To date I have received nothing n they have cut off communication with me. They are not responding to my emails or my WhatsApp messages anymore. Very disappointing.
