My payment was 1600 and something i pay every mounth the 17 so i pay on the 20th i pay 850 on the 21st i go in to explain to them that im in a crises cause we have alot of deaths in our family so on the 21st i pay a 100r again the guy that help me said i must pay by the weekend otherwise they gonna cut my service again so wednesday we wake up dstv is of with the belance of 500 and something so we call and tell them we made arangements to pay so they put it on friday morning its of again so we ask them why its than not weekend really so now its 700 and something so all the arguments we just left the dstv off so sunday morning we phone to ask to connect us again cause we gonna pay now it show we must pay 1100 and something so where does that money come from and for what you are ***ken ***** you just like to rob poeple and its not the first time this is happpening we all struggle to get by but this is bledy daylight ******* joh im soooooooohhhhh ****ed of how can you make poeple feel like this joh
Yesterday was my pay day to pay my account i went in to exsplain that i dont have all the money will pay the rest today the lady asured me i wont be cut off i mean i drove to multichoice in N1 and when i wake up this morning its off what i dont understand they useully give a day or two grace but just like that im cut off and its not that i didnt go and explain myself joh really now i dont even wanne describe how im feelling its only our money thats good enough for them
We apply friday for dstv internet we struggle to get in as our phones dont pick up the internet we sped over 300r this weekend calling dstv internet to help us so today we call again and the lasy said the internet is off waiting for payment what i dont understand no one tells us we must pay really niw dstv you must really teach your poeple to tell the truth cause now when the internet is in now we are told we must pay and its not the problem to pay but please be honest when assisting poeple cause i think that 300r i spend for airtime i couldve have paid you joh i really tought we can go along way
Im so sick of easyweb wifi our wifi is everytime off but you must pay full mounth like now we phone support say they gonna phone back so afyer a few hours one of my sons friend come so we ask him tocall cause we dont even have money to buy airtime you buy more airtime to call support than you pay for the wifi even one time our wifi have problem we ask the boy around the corner to come have a look so we change the power supply plug and my husband go tell the boy no need to come its sorted the monday the boy come to my husband telling him he must sign so my husband tougth its for the office cause my husband is a agen for them so now they billing us 700 and someting for no one that was here im really sick of them
I'm in Cape Town Western Cape I wen to Mc Donald's Delft mall I buy our supper and my daughter left her phone on the table we left so when we get hom my husband wants to pull in the car we realized she left the phone on the table so we went back I want to say thumbs 👍 up to the staff they took the phone and keep it when we get there the security told don't worry we have the phone go ask by the till one of the staff came with the phone ask me to put In the pin and there we got the phone thanks to staff Mc Donald's Delft
I bought a dstv by Game so we get one mouth free so now dstv put the dstv off for like 10 times in the mounth I get free so we spend over 400r for phone calls to dstv only to find out we must pay over 900r for what cause we put in the dstv the 9 of March and its not even a mounth and we ask to speak to the manager till thus always a story to speak to a manager really bad service
