I traded in my iPhone on 26 October 25, only after the transaction was completed did the store inform me that payment takes 1-14 days. When I followed up on 6 Nov, I was informed that there was an internal delay which meant I wasn’t loaded on their system for payment and that it would now only be 25 November. Basically a full month to trade in a 2nd iPhone for R3,000, which I originally purchased from them 4 months prior. Really disappointed in the process and the customer care in the way they are handling this. If I didn’t follow up I would probably have never received payment. Shocking
Fast and efficient claims processing
Their communication was very poor and service slow. I have had to get another service provider out to get my doors actually working. I understand if they didn’t fix something new but there was absolutely no communication. Their team pitches and leaves and thats it. No check in around whether the customer is satisfied. As long as the invoice is paid they move on.
They gave authorization to wrong panel beaters which they only realized when I followed up. My car took 2 months to get back to me due to their delays. The allocated consultant was never available. I spent hours on the phone doing follow ups. The rental they gave me was for 30 days, then they extended for 12 days only after they realised they made an error with the panel beater. I had to pay for 2 weeks out of my own pocket. I am totally disappointed in their communication and lack of accountability. I laid a complaint and to this day they have not provided me with any feedback.
The website malfunctioned and it processed multiple payments without processing the order. I have followed up twice with no resolution to refund.
My Telkom contract expired or was eligible for notice on 25/10/2015.<br> I then submitted a cancellation form marked \cancellation"which I received from a Telkom store"
