Terrible
They sent me empty containers in my order. Do not respond to any emails or whatsapps . When I phone they say they will escalate the matter,bit no response. It's been almost two months.

Terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. Excuses upon excuses. I have been waiting almost a year for a cash out. Everytime it's the same excuse, about my cash out being stuck in the system.. in all honesty,I think they just copy and paste the same message over and over again. Can't imagine how the pay outs are for people who cash out Absolutely large sums of money.

Ordered stuff online. Packed on the 26th of October, have not received it yet.. it's now the 6th of November. Sent emails, no response. No update whatsoever. Extremely terrible service regarding all makro products

Extremely unprofessional service
Extremely unprofessional service. Queried my statement, got promised an adjustment and it didn't happen. When I queried again, got told what I knew already. Besides that, it took forever to get a response. Sent numerous emails until I got a response. Regret ever dealing with them.
