I would like to write a review about dotsure.co.za Got a call back this morning from Lufefe Siteto from Dotsure, he was friendly, knew his product and was able give me a quotation fastLuf without keeping me for hours on the line..as usual..DOTSURE are the best and Lufefe..you did great.
14 June I send measurements and an image of a idea wanted for a build in office library in our entrance lobby. I was contacted back with a sketch a their "custom made"images of similar to what I want. I made a choice and apart from the sketch, we worked on the image send. This was meant as gift for my 60th birthday and the full amount was requested, not half deposit like any other companies....my husband paid...the delivery was late, not 3-4 weeks but 5 weeks. On arrival I was in tears...it was glorified bookshelves..I wanted to send it back immediately, but the delivery guy said, they are understanding, he knows them...call them, keep it they will fix the problem. the desk was just an unfinished piece of wood painted, not what I wanted, the cupboard doors did not close...and one night we heard one harsh sound...the shelves broke, I lost limited edition red Argilla cookware, and send the info and pictures to Kavina, and she just said its not their problem sorry for my loss....the shelves were not properly done...it was loose..and this was noted with her first visit the cupboard with doors was to replace a cabinet for my glassware. They collected the cupboards to repair the shelves and rounded the desk part, we waited 3 weeks...and again, we had to pay for the delivery...(not our fault,) I emailed the owner to inform him of my frustration and disappointment, He did not reply, he send another girl with Kavina to have a look at the door still not closing...and then their excuse was, they've got new carpenters...we thought getting a legit company would make our lives easy, this is suppose to be pretty especially for an entrance to the house.. but this is heartbreaking every time I look at it, its not even ceiling to floor...it absolutely ugly...we wont be able to sell it for 5% of what we paid...if they want to do the decent thing, refund my husband...or make the units as you claim you can...this what we've got is not acceptable.
After being a client for years, financed 3 properties we did not get the same service as before. With our new bond a sum was financed so if we need to renovate, we could apply for it. My husband sold 2 properties and 2 cars and pay R4000 more on the bond. All of the sudden when we needed the funds, he could not afford it (while his expenses was less)? They offer to internally switch to a new bond which would be more expensive and the money already paid is gone.. A new bond and new term.. We aim to pay off before he retire. Nothing make sense and the personal support that we use to get from SAHLl is history For this reason I recommend to my children to make use of another institution, the bought a property and got financed with good interest and support
I bought a BOSCH fridge/freezer from PnP hyper in Ottery in January 2023. The veggie rack cracked and water dispenser broke off. I send pictures and slip to customer care few times and a technician came to take pictures, promised to be back in a week. After several reference numbers and few calls that was put down, Ottery still did not came back to me and we are already in September... this is not the service we as customers expect from PnP!!!!
I took out a contract few years ago for my fatherin law, when the contract ended it was a month to month subscription. When he passed on, I phoned one2one, the consultant said only an email was required to cancel. On the 10th of October 2022 I send the email. The subscription kept on deducting from my account. I phoned again, and a very rude lady, Shannor Sharlinck said I was supposed to confirm with another email..not as agreed upon as one2one advised me. Last month July 2023, the subscription was canceled. 8 months of paying for a service not used?? I consider that as total theft from a pensioner
For the past few years I was a victim of serious *****ulent transactions on my Nedbank accounts, I changed cards an in the end was recommend by the ***** division to clise the account and delete the app from my phone. ( which I did) October 2022 I paid Settle) my credit card in full, customer care did not forward my proof of payment and since then, I had to do weekly follow up and resend my proof. The account ended up with legal and my name was listed under credit buro. Every week a false promise to sort it out by Wednesday that never comes, and this is suppose to be recorded. The recommendation was to freeze the card until I needed to use it again, but really, the service and support is not up to standard. My personal loan was paid the same time and no issues experienced.
