I do not have any internet. I am working from home and cannot be without the internet I pay a lot of money to them . there are other providers who are cheaper and still i stay with supersonic for a few years. Today I a told that the will take 72hours to resolve the issue this is un =acceptable and I will be looking for another Provider.
I called this morning stating that there is a red light on the router. I work from home, and I am losing productivity as I cannot do my job. The said that there is a fault on the fiber line. I got another call, and they said the problem is the router, a technician will call me in 2 to 72hours. I am going to cancel this service I will get another provider. Please people in future read comments on hello peter before you join super sonic. They take so long to answer the phone and they say we must call back if the call disconnects, they cannot call you back.
I called this morning stating that I do not have an internet connection. they take 25minutes to answer your call. We must waste our airtime for you to respond to us. First I was told that the router is faulty, then I was told that there is an outage with Openserve in the Vorna valley area. I work from home and today I lost out on a day's work because of this Company. I will find another service provide who can assist me. I am pay R729 per month because I need a faster internet service, I can find a cheaper and more efficient provider. People must stay away from this Company.
On the 20th of December 2024 my wife and kids were shopping at Dis-chem mall of Africa. When we were done shopping we exited the store, to our humiliation we were confronted by two security guards from Dis-chem who asked us to come back into the store. The security guards accused my daughter who is 17years old of theft. He stated that he saw my daughter putting something into her handbag without paying for it. We asked him what he meant, and he stated that the footage saw her *****ing something from the shop. We were all frantic and my child has been suffering from social anxiety ever since the incident. My child is not eating, she is losing weight and is not getting a lot of sleep as she is traumatized. This incident has caused my child to lose her trueself. We were publicly humilated and Dis-chem needs to compensate us for the pain and suffering were suffered and are still suffering. This is the manner in which customers should be treated , if you are going to accuse someone of theft, kindly do so with fats and not on speculation, we are not ********s and I refuse to be tretated as such, this is disrespectful and neglegent and I will take Dis-chem to task. My wife is on chronic meds and I also receive my monthly prescibed medication from Dis-chem, I will now take my businees elsewhere there are other pharmacies wthat will value us as clients.
I HAVE TAKE A VEHICLE WITH PLANET 42 OVER A MINUMUM OF PEROD OF 6 MONTHS AS STATED IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. THEY STATE THAT YOU WILL BE LIABALE TO PAY A ONE MONTHS CANCELLATION FEE THAT IS EQUIVALENT TO 1 MONTHS RENTAL FEE. I SENT THEM AN EMAIL YESTRADY STTAING THAT I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL AS RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM SIMONE STATING THAT I NEED TO GIVE NOTICE IN DECEMBER AND SO I GAVE NOTICE, NOW I RECEIVED ANOTHER EMAIL STATING THAT I NEED TO GIVE NOTICE IN JANUARY. THEY NEED TO TELL ME WHERE TO DROP OF THE VEHICLE , WHICH THEY SAY THEY WILL ONLY NOTIFY ME OF THE DROP OFF LOCATION IN JANUARY?
I took delivery of the vehicle on the 8th of July 2024 and on the 9th of July 2024 the vehicle broke down and was towed. They took 2 weeks to approve a claim to have the vehicle stripped, they car was fitted with a faulty radiator. A claim was sent to them with the diagnostics report and Azzra told me yesterday that she would call me back with 15 minutes and she never did. The claim for the repairs has not been approved and planet42 does not care about customers. They are taking money from people and they do not care if you have vehicle or not. This company has plenty of bad reviews and you need to be aware of them. Even if you are desperate do not attempt taking out a contract with them, you will regret it. Read reviews like this and then choose other companies.

I took delivery of vehicle last week Monday the 8th of July 2024 The Car broke down on Tuesday the 9th of July 2024. The car is at Automac Rivonia. Planet 42 does not respond to any calls or emails. The only message the send to you is that they are aware of the matter and they will look into it as soon as possible. The insisted that they get a diagnostic log from Automac in order to process the claim. Automac sent them what is required and still the claim is not processed. When you call to speak to Azzra the manage she never answers the call. I only received one call from planet 42 in the last 2 weeks. They keep saying that they are doing an investigation. What are they investigating when the mechanic sent them what they need?

She replied to my email on Friday stating that she is waiting feedback. I asked to speak to a manager she refused and said "this is how we work". I Logged a compliant with the ombudsman.</div>
I logged a call with Home-connect on Monday, saying I have a loss of signal.They very Rudley said that i have to wait 72hrs they are waiting for feedback from link africa and there is nothing they can do. I wasted alot of airtime and time calling them and emailing them the whole time . I work from home and this has caused me to sign a consultation at work for not being productive.
