CCD Courier - bottom of the list
Received a message to say package being delivered on Monday. Get SMS to say your package is nearly here - get your ID ready - I stand on the road like an idiot, then wait for another 2 hours (till past 5pm) and no delivery. then says I was not home - complained on Tuesday - customer service emails don't even go through, only to be called on Thursday (4 days later) to say will be delivered within 5 working days.. USELESS. why?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Shocking service - story after story, lie after lie, paid for my beams and he never pitched on many occasions to install. I even asked him to refund me if his car broke down again, etc etc. DO NOT USE RAVEN - he will rip you off.

Great View, Great food, awful winelist. Will be back tho!
What an incredible restaurant with the most magnificent views ever! Service was excellent, and the delicious selection of fresh seafood and sushi was plentiful. One of the food items had a hiccup, which was replaced with lightning speed by a very hands-on manager. My only criticism is that the wine list is the most terrible ever!

TAX RESIDENCY CERT REQUIRED AND SARS DOESNT CARE!
I have worked extremely hard for 2 years for a client in Mozambique, I requested a Tax Residency Certificate (takes 21 days) on 18th September 2023, and we are still waiting. it is literally printing an existing page off of a server!!! it is now 23 November ... I am a loyal taxpayer and feel completely disrespected and insulted by your lack of efficiency, interest or capability to do your job - which I pay ALOT for every month. Your service is disgusting. REF (case reference number 478677715)

Talk about going the extra mile! Highly recommend this branch of Toyota for their superb service from selecting a car, negotiating price, finding finance, processing paperwork, sourcing extras, AWESOME communication and marathon vehicle registration - I have my perfect car and really appreciate the efficient, pleasant and professional operation run at this branch.
