Banking app was blocked due to fica verification. I went to the bank 3 hours ago and provided necessary documents and answered all questions and was told I be able to use my acc. It's been 3 hours I still can't use my card. Called the call centre and they couldn't assist me. I bank with all the major banks and this is by far the worst experience I've recieved.
Went to KFC katlehong crossing to purchase an all star meal through drive through. There was no line of cars at the drive through or people. I ordered a stoney with the meal at 13:08 order number 606 and was told not to wait at the drive through window and made to drive further and after a short while a lady approached me to tell me to go park in the parking lot. I had to wait 10 min to get my order of which really defeats the purpose of a drive through. Nonetheless I took my meal and went home only to find that my order wasn't correct as I was given a coke and I had to drive back only to be confronted and told the stoney wasn't in the order but the lady who takes the order had agreed to change the drink as it was her mistake. Can the service given at kfc in affluent suburbs be the one we get in the townships too because there's a huge difference and there shouldn't be.
Elderly man waited more than 10 min at the ticket machine without getting assisted. Several employees saw the old man and just continued about the businees. A lady by the name Nomaswazi finally assisted her on the way to the back office. He was than told to sit down without a ticket and made to sit another 20 min while people who came after him got assisted. Elderly man shared he's frustration with me and how unhappy he was. The branch is FNB at Sam Ntuli katlehong.
I went to go pay my TFG account today at The Fix at Chris Hani mall today. The staff always refuses to help me pay my account whenever I come make payments to my TFG acc. This is the 4th time I've come to pay my account and I've been sent to a different store even though there's no line at all or customers that are being served at the till. There's only ever one lady that helps me, whenever she's around. When she's not the rest of the staff doesn't assist.
On the 29th of October I made a call to Nedbank to get the remaining balance on my credit card that I had not been paying due to unemployment. I was then referred to their legal department as my credit card had been handed over. I was than sent an sms of an settlement amount of which I had payed on the same day. I've been trying to get a payed up letter since from the legal department that my credit card was handed over to but Im not getting any assistance. Been speaking to a lady named Zuraida who denied knowledge of any settlement amount and keeps referring to a lady named Mitchell who's never around when I ask for a payed up letter. Can I get assistance to get the payed up letter as now the lady "Zuraida" is telling me of a different amount yet the sms of the settlement amount has her name on it.
I made a call to get my remaining balance, and was sent an sms of a settlement amount on the 29th of October of the amount R2021 on my credit card, of which I settled on the same day and was told I'd get a payed up letter after the payment. I have been trying to get payed up later since and have been speaking to lady named Zuraida who is still trying to get more money out of me even though I keep telling her about the call and sms I recieved of the settlement amount. She keeps referring to a lady named Mitchell who I spoke to, who seems to never be around when I call. I now recieved an sms from the same company "select online" referring to an amount I need to pay and when I asked Zuraida about it she denies any sms being sent from the company.
Used an ATM machine at Katlehong crossing to make a deposit, I had inserted both my card and money, right after that the ATM showed an message that the transaction is being canceled and gave back my card but not the money. Got a slip that my deposit was unsuccessful. What was meant to be a 2 min visit to the ATM turned to 17min. My experience with this particular branch has been a nightmare. Now I need to wait for 48hours before I can use my own hard earned money.
Went to KFC at Katlehong crossing to get an All Star Box meal and a crunch master and I was told they only have meat available, than proceeded to Chris Hani, thinking I'll get what I'm looking for only to be told the same thing. Ended up at Mc Donald
On the 8th of October I used my capitec banking app to send money to my FNB business acc, today is the 11th and the money I sent hasn't reached my FNB acc.
Only 2 consultants can provide service at the branch, which results in slow service as you have to wait a long period to get assistance. No system provided to ensure order when customers walk in, we have to sit and wait to be asked about the order. Katlehong Crosding branch
