Rented a property through Jazmax for my Niece in Durban North through Jazmax Umhlanga. No copy of lease signed by Landlord received despite many requests. After a few months she was given notice to vacate as she had 'broken the rules of use of the common area'. She was storing some boxes for a friend in her (outdoors) laundry area. Again asked for a copy of said rules as it was never sent. The 'breach of rules' was rectified so requested the Notice to vacate' rescindment in writing. Again, nothing received, so she vacated at the end of the month. Have been trying to get deposit returned for 4 months. Jazmax sat the deposit is with the landlord but refuse to supply landlord details, phone calls never answered but always promise to return calls and never do. Avoid this company at all costs.
Amazing response from Discovery Insure, claim lodged and processed without any hassles. So glad I moved all my insurance to them
I require a vehicle registration document to transfer a car out of a deceased estate. Last email from ABSA was is September advising that 'a consultant would contact me shortly'. Since then, nothing. Not even a reply to my emails
Up until now FNB has provided reasonable service. I opened an additional account via the FNB website, collected the card from the branch only to find that the card was inactive, depsite being told by the bank representative that I could proceed to use the card. Two additional trips to a branch and SEVEN phone calls later the card is still declined when I attempt to use it at a merchant. The last phone call I was told to take it to my nearest FNB ATM and withdraw cash. A bit hard as I am outside of S.Africa. The call centre assured me they would call me back with a solution. I AM STILL WAITING. FNB are quick to debit your account with fees, irrespective if the account is functional or not. i have spent over 30 minutes calling FNB at international rates and still i have a card that doesnt allow me to access the money I deposited in that account. Unacceptable customer service!
After being a Webafrica client for a long time i decided to use their VOIP telephony offering. We have had 5 occasions in 4 months where we could not make outgoing calls, unacceptable for a small business. Logged a call yesterday midday and the call me back today but no confirmation when a technician can come out and resolve the problem. For a small business this will impact us, let alone the cell phone costs. If Webafrica are going to operate in this space they will have to up their game considerably.
Had to eat out due to unexpected load shedding. The waiter explained that not all dishes were available as the electric friers were out (chips etc). Terence sorted us out, food was good and the service was fantastic given that the place was almost full. Good place for a reasonably priced meal!
