unhappy client I had a contract with digital care and settled both of my phones however my account was handed over to one the debt collection company Nu -debt , I've been receiving SMS ,calls its unacceptable your service its very poor and path ethic will sue you please remove my name to external debt collection company
I booked the bus online for my Sister on the 12th of July 2024 however the Bus didn't pitch for 2days from Queenstown to Johannesburg,she spent 2days doing ups and doinfowns trying to fix the problem until we find alternative ways I'm requesting for refund , tickets ref number Its ILEWMRO1

I'm very angry right now , your service is horrible,I paid my DStv premium on the 25th as per sms from DStv Multchoice following day on the 26th my DStv was disconnected , I called and proof of payment was sent and it connected,again after 2-3 days it was disconnected I received sms advising that I'm owing , i called and it was connected consultant advise that query is still in progress payment is not allocated,this morning got an SMS was not at home stating that my DStv has been disconnected , please stop what et you are smoking your service is terrible and disgusting,I tried to call and spent more than R30 trying to reach you but I failed and I decided to pay that R150 for the sake of my children,can you please allocate my payment that was paid on the 26th and credit my R150 as I'm not liable for your stupid charges .
I will never recommend anyone to your company your service is very poor ,I logged a complain also sent emails was contacted back by one of your complains agent she promised me will contact me back once everything finalized she noticed there is an error on the billing , still today I'm still waiting for the feedback,on Friday I received an email with the billing calculations I'm lost I don't understand your calculations,can you please contact me and provide feedback, are you to do reversal as promised or not remember I called and requested to do upgraded no one advised me about once off billing for upgrade ,you are so unprofessional and you don't educate client about your products.
I would like to lodge a complaint I'm dissatisfied and disappointed by Vox Telecom,I took a SIM contract with 20gb amount of R120 then invoice that was issues the total amount was R330.95 and I questioned it and was advised it's for connection fee ,I've upgraded to 40 GB which is R175 per month now they charged me R377.18 I spoke to sales department no one informed me about extra charges I'm disputing the amount that was debited without my knowledge/authority I need clarification why the amount was debited. Your service is very poor you dont educate clients , I spoke to a gentleman yesterday regarding cancellation process I advise to go through my email and check the reasons for cancellations and I also enquiry about the amount that was debited he promised will come back to me with the feedback, today the same guy called with out the feedback asking if he can proceed with the cancellation,I'm so disappointed he was not representing company at all .
