There is no rating that could describe the way I am frustrated with the service I experienced today from the call agent that refused to assist , called me a **** I want to escalate her and get feed back also on how the matter was handled .
I placed an order on the 23rd of May 2025 at the Langlaagte branch and it has been an extreme exercise trying to track my order. The two working days processing put out on their site is a lie . The tracking option is also useless as there are no updates there . Their call center is always not available , spoke to some guy and promises to call back and never does....on whatsapp they blue tick you and at this point I want a refund. If you want to waste your time,airtime, data and money order there. Poor service
I made online purchase on the 24th October 2024 and estimated delivery days are 3 to 5 working days at my nearest store . Till today no communication about my order and I can not track it online . Now I am the one doing the follow up with agents pushing the delivery time back and making excuses about sheet street not having a warehouse as if that is my problem I needed not to hear all that as I only made a purchase and expect it to be delivered as promised. Not happy
My parcel has been on board since yesterday, I'm the one doing all the follow up, driver actually told me that he will see if he can come to my place 😏 as if his doing me a favor or something, on the app agents close the concersation without a resolution and capture it as resolved, what I'm also seeing here is that fastway is not even bothered, they never follow up on any reviews.
