Head injury at school and no support from the department of education
Incident happened at Alfred Masebe primary school and the child was badly injured on the head in 2020/2021. Unfortunately the background of the family is poor and also with lack of knowledge. The child struggle at school now because of he needs psychological support. Several emails were sent to the department of education in Limpopo no response, later sent the matter to public protector for intervention still nothing. Is so sad the child was injured at school and nobody cares is not always about the money but the support. Imagine having to call the department almost everyday with no answer for almost five years. The boy deserve justice!

Someone used my account and bought the items to the value of 7k while i have my card with me, sms received to alert with unusual purchase however to get hold of the forensic department is not easy and whatsap line is useless, email no reply. Only today managed to get hold of them and was promised to get a feedback before 15:00:00 still waiting.

Tfg watch insurance
Insurance for faulty watch that was returned still part of my instalment. So I pay for watch Insurance that I no longer have for almost 6 months. Want to finish paying then close the account.

Funeral Policy
Just to get a membership certificate for exit from the policy with them is a struggle, call, send emails like it's a problem to get in touch with them. Now I never had a chance to give my uncle a dignified funeral simply because they never sent me a letter that was needed at Capitec for crossover. The bad service ever for a funeral cover if the were selling clothes it was better but imagine funerals, I actually need to meet the owner in person an make him/her understand the damage they made. I took the policy through DSV at work but resigned. DSV head of HR said I must call Smartlife while Smartlife say call DSV. It was easy for them to deduct my money but today they can't help both parties. I can't never rest I will take this far they ruined the reputation of my uncle.
