On the 30th April , I purchased on line , a renewal for my motor vehicle I was given a reference no : B6YZ 3B6T & L6T1 7PH3 , and made payment of R731 at Checkers Lorraine , Port Elizabeth on the same day Its 3 weeks later , I have NOT received my vehicle licence Friday , 17th May , I spoke to Fiona at your office , Monday , 20th May , I spoke to Dumi , who advised they will escalate Friday , 24th May , I spoke to Wil , who advised that they are investigating AND STILL NO ANSWERS , AS TO WHERE MY LICENCE IS , Cant drive my car , as the license has expired ! ! ! !

I recently bought a Nissan Np 200 from Nissan Eastern Cape - Gqeberha Wow , the service i received from the sales executive YOLA JAUKA , she kept me updated every day and promised a friday delivery & picked me up at home in order to pick up the vehicle at the promised time. If you want service , then Yola is your contact Lets not forgot , ILONA WIGHTMAN , who went through all the documentation and options regarding service / maintained plans and all other service info . I emailed my insurance claim to the claims email address the night before I was called by a lady by the name of Koketso at 09:10 in the morning to process my claim and by the afternoon every had been sorted and my claim authorised Koketso called me a couple of times during the day , giving me updates on my claim and getting quotes for the replacement of my camera Well Done Koketso .... great service from you 10/10
