Service very poor. I reguested refund on my payedup jdgroup.nothing till know
Not happy about their service i have over.paid the.account for JDGROUP handled by them and.when requesting to be refund3d theyvare taking me from pillar to Post.
I have problem with truworths i have paid r500.00 in the account that i was given by them and told them and rueust them that i have wrong reference and they take me pillar to post please assist
I was called by lyle.botha and she promised to call me back after finding the problem with the account they saying am owing . but my worry am still getting thread's from vos attorney s about this account
My account was closed without my consent after I worked with them for more than 27 years
Cartrack has handed me to credit resolution and they keep on borediring me saying am owing cartrack while I have long requested closure on this account.
I was having account with b3 from. 2001 and they cancelled my policy without my concern .I went to their branch in pretoria.but nothing good they refer you to main branch but also there they refused me to speak to the person who is more superior.they say I must the policy as new member they say I must pay money for three to months and wait for other three to six months before I can claim
Cartrack increased their premium without my concern and I then reguested to cancel m6 account by then the balance was less than R500,00 then we agreed to debit my account with R200 00 every month until cancelled.they debited me once and stopped and after three to four to years the say am owing them R4000.00. And more to me I found their service not right
