Worst service, poor staff who can't handle customers. Drunk customers walking and ordering from the drive thru while publicly drinking and wasting our precious time when receiving their orders. This is total nonsense. Sky city mall MacDonald poor service
Still waiting for an insurance claim. I have sent all documents that were requested. No one is replying my emails, no feedback on the claim, while I paid over R5k for the insurance in the first place. Both Bryte SA Insurance and FlySA gave me the worst service. I will not rest till my insurance is paid .
I'm constantly receiving messages from this company. I've called numerous times but none of their consultants can remove my number from their systems. You are irritating me. Find Mr/ Mrs Augustine on their correct number please.
Dissatisfied service from flysafair luggage department. Travelled from OR Tambo to Mauritius on 7 June 2025 , upon arrival in Mauritius the handle of the bag was broken. Returned from Mauritius on 14 June, upon arrival at OR Tambo our luggage bag with a fragile sticker was found broken. 2 luggage bags broken by ***********, negligent staff working in the luggage department.
I was totally disappointed and dissatisfied with the poor service from Dros New Redruth. I went there today 11 June 2023 to order take away for the afternoon. My order was precise Calamari+chips, Eisban and veggies. To my dismay when my take away order arrived the Calamari was not to our satisfaction. It was raw (inedible and rubbery) and was a starter portion instead of main portion. I then went to ask for the manager to address the issue of the Calamari, but the waiters were not showing any sense of urgency. Upon arrival of the Manager (JP) he showed no remorse to my complaint and assumed that I already ate half of the takeaway when I had just collected. I then asked for my refund for the Calamari as it was not to my standards. The manager JP refused and bluntly told me to bring IT ON!. I am so livid with the poor service and will not recommend anyone to dine or eat at this place.
Livid with the inconsiderate journal debit. I need that amount to be reversed to my account..I will close all my accounts with Absa..
