BAD CREDIT CONTROL SERVICE EVER
ONce again payment was made and still gets threatening emails from t.malebye. The acc payment is due st of month we pay before the amount payable is R610 we pay R650.. we sent the pop to 3 different emails but hence the lazy person quick to sent emails. lying about trying to get hold of us numerous times hence the phone rings once and when try to answer in a nic of time the call has ended on Teljoy side. on friday a male phone Dr Nigrini was in a meeting he said he will phone on saturdaymorning we awaited call no call revceived. and this lady/male when I said w\I would gladly train her to look for the money in the correct way doing creditcontroling sarcassiclay said please do.. This is getting very annoying and my bloodpressure is running sky high!

Customer Service /Account Bad Service!! Threatens you after they dialed Once you pick up and they dont talk back. You pay they to lazy to make sure payment wasnt receive and want to comd fetch goods. Second time!!! Just as ******* as the goverment!!!

Bad behaviour Threats
I experienced Bad behaviour threats by baldwyn Mitchell. Since I fell a little behind due to illness he cannot understand my hone broken and keep n sending sms'e and mails threats to sent field agent ECT. Please listen read and see the furstration with this guy. I said I will pay as soon as I can but hence he continues.. it's bad to see so many negativity. We had a good name and relanship I was hijack and cannot work until I'm healed. I asked him to phone my wife because my phone has a problem. She tried answering this afternoon and could only hear this agressive man's voice and my pHoned died we have had 11hrs of loadshedding and again 2hrs so charging is a problem. Thank you Dr J Nigrini
