They are a disgrace and I will not recommend the ARC department to anyone because they will lock you in and try to assault you like Prean did to me 2 days ago. I would like feedback from the directors regarding this as I am going forward legally when he refused to give me my refund and also *******ly locked me in the office to engage a fight .

Purchased a BRAND NEW car on 20th June. Car seemed fine and all... but I took out photos before driving off the vehicle. Dealer stabbed the front bumper with a *****driver on PDI Scratches on fender and bonnet... which they want to fix Car wash guy scratched the cluster when detailing a brand new car... LOL Amplifier on brand new vehicle not working. Causing subwoofer to cut off on the very first day of driving home. Zweli and management wants to panelbeat and respray a brand new car. They also want to open the dashboard to repair a cluster damage that they caused. Please find images attached I am with mazda since 2005 December. And this is the 2nd time we purchased from here with extremely poor service and bush mechanics who can't even treat a brand new car properly... I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AFTER TRADING IN 1 VEHICLE WITH NO PROBLEMS AND SELLING ANOTHER WITH NO PROBLEMS TO BUY A NEW VEHICLE!!!! Plus Zweli said I must not drive my new car so that mileage is not put on the vehicle to complicate my claim. Please buy from Hatfield motor group or Motus motor group because they will give you a 100% better deal and added benefits. ABSOLUTELY DISSAPOINTED... especially since i couldnt even drive my new car on the holiday this weekend because their management does not want to take the vehicle back because they want TO FIX A BRAND NEW CAR!!!!
Had a vehicle claim and cellphone claim. Mpho Mamaregane has avoided all my calls, most emails, plus he hardly is in the office. Left him teams messages, owes me a refund and still has not paid 15 days after netassess has authorised him to do so. Discovery insure has also messed me around with comprehensive car insurance where they are not covering the 1st damage to our vehicle. I was sent back to the panelbeater 4 times at my cost, they are taking long since October 2022 to resolve my claim. They have even over debited my account after the cellphone was approved for pay out and still not refunded me the 3 months that they owe me. Contacting Mpho has landed my cellphone bill 427.27 minutes and only once did I get ahold of him. They also did not want to do a cash settlement and Mpho has forced me into sending the vehicle to the repairer when I know that part availability is scarce for my vehicle. They have delayed on the claim Poor service from specialist claims No feedback provided where by (Netassess only responds too.) Mpho Mamaregane and Discovery Insure has been a total insult to me as a client The following are my problems * No refund time * Over debit your account * Don't cover cars comprehensively and look for every possible detail to not pay out or fix after an accident. * Specialist claims tend to other people's problems first before yours ( after their first reply to you ) * Discovery Legal team does not reply to you after sending them mails. Absolute poor service. Will now be looking for another insurer
