Poor customer service received Bought a car last month . Spare key was not provided had to beg them for it until they arranged it with a guy from locksmith but also did unfinished work so I can safely say that I still don’t have a spare key Registration is still not finalised till today No communication from their side I’m the one who is supposed to do a follow up ..I had to tell them that special permit was expiring in next day

I’m furious as I’m writing this msg… it’s been a month fighting with ABSA regarding reallocation of funds due to their incompetence I they sent us incorrect reference number and fund were allocated to an incorrect account number resulting in my account being overdue my credit report is being messed here😡 everything they ask for has been sent to them but still funds are not allocated to my account
Placed an order on the 16th of June order no 230616700136539. Then on the 21st I received an email stating that the main item on my order has been cancelled and order has been delivered on the postnet. I then contacted them and advised them that They must just cancel the order since the main item has been cancelled I was promised that an email was sent to collect my order. I on the 30th I received a call from them I told them how unhappy I was that since I requested the order to be cancelled I haven’t received any response the lady I spoke to promised again that this will be resolved but till today nothing has been done . I then decided to go and collect it at the postnet
The worst company I know I’ve been with them for the past 3 years but when ever you have a query they don’t assist. I have a refund that is due to me but when ever I call the call centre they told me same thing that Refund is not yet allocated Would never recommend this company to anyone
I'm very disappointed with the services of ABSA idirect insurance. I've been waiting weeks for them to finilase my claim. Still today, no response. Meanwhile I'm struggling on a daily basis. They have no mercy for their clients and do not follow up. When i try to call the call centre i waited more then 20 minutes with no help. Thanks to the assessor who's always available and trying to assist me. The accident happened on the 23rd of March but still my claim hasn't been finalized
