Since January, I’ve been incorrectly charged for an iPhone 16 RED package on the wrong cell number — an upgrade that was done in error. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, MTN has failed to respond or correct this issue. The silence and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I'm seeking immediate reversal of the erroneous upgrade and full reimbur*****t for the charges incurred. Customers deserve responsiveness and accuracy, not prolonged financial stress caused by billing mistakes.
NO answers to emails, phone number doesn't work. Not even a DSTV customer service agent can get hold of anyone to assist with our account that they have blocked because of expected ***** which we were not notified of. I will be cancelling my subscription tomorrow, if I don't get any reply!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
READ YOUR CONTRACT VERY CAREFULLY: I entered into a 12-month contract when signing up and didn't realise it as i was desperate to help my son and didn't have loads of money to pay for expensive 1 on 1 classes. After two months we realised Xtra Wiskunde is not helping my son for various reasons but after giving a 30 day notice of cancelation I was informed via a one liner WhatsApp that my contract only ends after all the lessons I signed up for are done. I was issued a letter of demand and have to pay a EXORBITANT early cancellation fee. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN SIGNING UP WITH Xtra Wiskunde and READ your contract word for word before signing up.
