My car was a write off which my insurance rejected the claim, I informed MFC to assist with the necessary arrangements for the car to be collected from the Salvage yard, provided information to the lady by the name of Dimakatso already beginning of July 2025 detailing the fustration I have and the storage fees the car is accumulating which I will be liable for as a client, I have never missed any payment which I expect her to conclude the file that is currently on her desk, I even requested my banker to intervene, but no feedback or directive is being received, at this rate I will be cancelling my account with Nedbank due to her incompetency, I am always receiving calls from the Salvage company pertaining this matter, unfortunelty I dont have the powers as the car is still under finance, I am hereby requesting an urgent intervention on this. I sent numerous follow up emails which she bluntly ignore, she does not take pride in completing her duties, I dont know why MFC still has her as an employee..
Best service received from their consultant assist with commercial insurance..
Worst Insurance ever - BIG ****.. Rejected my claim and didn’t reimburse my premiums, which they continued deducting after the car was written off ..
Best service received from Scorpion legal team, specifically the legal advisor Mr William Mosifane who was handling my case together with his manager, I really appreciate.. continue priding in what you do best, that is to help troubled consumer against exploitation.
Worst service ever from management, they don’t want to replace / refund my Jojo tank pump that is less than 6months , Im being refered to their supplier which I never had a sales agreement with who is very rude .. and worst customer service ,and they blame the plumber they recommend pipes to replaced by the plumber which was done but still we had issues , my neighbour has the same machine with no issues , I had requested them to change the machine with the bluntly refuse and taking me from pillar to post , I believe if I’m not happy with something that’s still under warranty the shop where I bought it from should either replace or refund not refer me to the supplier I don’t even know what agreement and arrangement they have .. I made a sale at the shop not the supplier ..but they are unable to replace their damaged machine and they blame loadshedding which I’m not affected by since I had installed solar system since .. your customer service sucks big time ? Never buy Jojo tank pump from Plumberama..
