shout out to nombuso nkosi , i placed a order with incorrect delivery details ect ...i then managed to contact them , where nombuso handled my query and assured me everything will be taken care .... nombuso corrected the errors and kept me updated m throughout . Well done to you !!!!!!!

i would like to share my experiences about this pathetic worthless trashy place. I bought a television on credit over a 36 month period moreover an agent called joy advised me about insurance. I then opted in for insurance. Two years into paying off the tv ,The tv broke and the insurance refused to cover nor settle the oustanding amount. I then contacted the branch and the insurance company(monarch). They told me im unable to cancel my insurance yet my tv is broken so whats the whole point of paying a ****ty service provider. Moreover i took this whole matter to the NFO and they will be paying more than what they are owing
I keep on receiving sms and calls informing me I have an outstanding balance however I do not have an active nedbank account nor did I ever bank with nedbank. I called the toll free number for assistance, the guy who answered the phone has no way of talking, as I was enquiring he hung up the phone, this is really pathetic and worthless because the sms provides the number but it’s worthless when try calling , bad service
Terrible customer service. I was in store as I was called to go collect my card but the staff on floor is such a waste of time. I’m no longer Interested in that card and I would never advise anyone to go shop there
