We booked a bus ticket for my daughter from east London to Port Elizabeth on Sunday 15.03.2026. We were inside the intercape offices checking in and having her bags weighed at snail pace because the lady in the office has no urgency in assisting anyone. We then told the lady that the bus is closing up and she assured us that the bus will not leave without us and that the bus driver will come into the office 1st to make sure that all passangers are accounted for. We accepted her response and continued to weigh the luggage. When we got outside the bus was gone, we went after the bus hoping to get it in town and the bus left. We called the call center and spoke to Amanda (arrogant and very unhelpful) and the lady wasnt even willing to assist, she just told us that we wasting out time becaue the ticket was forfeited. I can understand if we were late but we were in the office with the lady there taking her time looking at the bus and the bus just leaves. There was 2 other people stranded with us.
I booked a trailer for the 20.12.2024. I got there and the piece of trash with no manners tells me "There's no trailer for you, that website don't work, I told them so" I then request that he phones head office to clear the issue he then says, "I wont". I then request for him to give me the number so I can call he then tells me, "I won't do it, you find it" and walks away. Is this the trash trailarent employs, if it wasn't for my wife I would have broken his nose, the piece of ****. I know I won't get a response from this but I will post this on every social media platform I can find.
It is dissapointing that I have to go to these lengths to deal with Cool Ideas and Vumatels ***********cy. In a matter of a month my service has been down for 8 days. When contacting Cool Ideas they play the blame game, it's Vumatels issue. I do not deal with Vumatel, I expect my ISP to be sitting on Vumatels heads for them to resolve the issue. Why should I pay a full installment when I not getting full service from you. I am livid at the ***********cy and uselessness from this provider. The don't give a **** about the customer is frustrating. Resolve this **** soon
Good morning This morning 21.12.2023 I ordered a meal through the steers online app for collection @ 10AM. When I collected it the food was ice cold, burgwes was squashed, the chippes laying all over the paper bag and the meal looked nothing like what was presented on the website. I will never support steers greenfields again, they have no respect for peoples food and they are disgusting. Those working there should be ashamed of themselves.
Good morning I am tired of Avis not giving a dam about their clients. Whenever I phone them, they never answer the phone, then they want to charge me when I return their vehicle, Im not doing it anymore. When you call Avis you are put on hold forever now tet me tell you about 3 lies Avis tells when you call them.. Lie 1: Your call is important to us Lie 2: An agent will be with you shortly Lie 3: People are more important than cars. This is a load of horse **** and anyone who has tried to call them will agree with me. 1. They never answer my call 2. Im always on hold over 30min 3. whatever the hell they doing seens to be more inportant than me. II need you to go and look at how much you have mad efrom my company just on me for the last 2 years Avis. After this 2 weeks, I promise you this business is gone, we will be using some1 else. I am tired of just being a guy that gets ****ed and you dont give a ****. I recommened for those who read this to go elsewhere, because once Avis gets your money, they dont care about people!!!
Spur Vincent Park, East London. I was so disappointed and angry yesterday. My order was a 300g rump, medium done with crispy onion rings and chips. When my food eventually got to me it was ice cold with shrivelled up chips (looked like chips from yesterday). I then asked the waiter to get warm food. 30min later I get a new plate but this time the meat is well done and the onions rings raw. I eventually just left the food cos now I have to wat another 30min and my family was done eating already. So now they expect me to sit and eat alone. Every manager in there knows who I am and who my family is because we always dine @ Vincint park Spur. Please I ask that you check on my Family card how often I go there (7787 2601 1336 1236) I'm disgusted and dissapointed by the service I received yesterday. Even when I spoke to the manager, it's dissapoinying that nothing was said about it, he just took the food and left. This is horrible service delivery, please deal with it.
