You sent a technician to check the fridge and the guy came and told us that the sound is normal and that’s how Defy fridge sounds. We told him that there are 3 different sounds that are really weird and no fridge should sound like that, he said we should record it and send the sound and send it. Three days after he came we sent him a video of how that fridge sound and all he ever does is blue tick message and not respond. The best solution now is to return the appliances and close off the account and refund us!!!
The only time home choice will call you is when I post on hello Peter I’ve raised concerns about the fridge and no update has been provided I think it’s time I blow up all your social media accounts so I can assistance
Home choice is really going to ignore the fact that I’m siting with a damaged Fridge it’s not even one month since I’ve had it They charged me a penalty fee for a Debit order THEY confirmed that they will not DEBIT!! so now I should be paying for their MESS I REGRET OPENING THAF ACCOUNT
I’ve never experienced bad service as I did today The way those customers service agents are so rude it’s embarrassing!! Requesting to speak to a team leader is a hassle Wanting assistance with my dispute and issue with the appliance I got made me resent opening up an account with home choice
I wrote a review a few days ago on Hello peter regarding the Insurance billing. They responded on the 19/02/2025 and told me to wait for 8 business days, I waited for 8 LONG DAYS for the matter to be resolved and the only response I got after waiting is " We have searched our records and could not not find any policy under your name, we therefore we cannot give you any information we will proceed to close the matter" and funny thing is on their subject line they have my ID number yet they can't find my profile
I'm honestly out of words😢😢 I don't know why/how can a beneficiary cost more than an account holder with more than R110🤔 and when you go to the branch they don't have any explanation yhoo
Had an issue with Capitec Bank with an unauthorized debit order however they were able to assist me and the consultant was very friendly and helpful.
I sent a request via Facebook to be assist with an early cancellation, they responded and sent me a quotation fee for an early cancellation. I paid the early cancellation including the bill for the month of December 2024. I checked my credit store and it showed that I was owing R117. I sent a request again on Facebook requesting for them to update my credit record and provide a paid up letter, they provided me with accounts number and when I call them they said there's an outstanding amount so they will not be able to issue a paid up letter nor update my credit record. Now i want to know why is there still a charge when i have settled the contract and paid everything? This is going to affect my record. I should have known that trying to build a credit record with Vodacom is the worst shame yhoo
Yho what a bad attitude I just received from an agent from IQ 😩😩🤦 This lady was speaking over me, refusing to let me speak to a manager she refused to send me an email where she informed me what the outstanding amount that I'm owing She kept on releasing the call and claiming the line got cut 🤦 yho I'm so hurt broken shame what a poor service I just received
Why does Capitec allow unauthorized debit then charge you a penalty fee for It 🤦 I'm so annoyed
