So I made so purchases on my account, was paying R500 every month. Nov 26 2025 I paid R500, Dec 10 2025 I decided I made a payment of R3500 just because why not. January 2026 starts and they bombard me with calls as to why I have made no payment in December, I told the lady, but I made a payment of R3500, nope I must pay or they'll list it as a missed payment. So I paid another R1000 in January 2026. Now on my credit score says I missed a payment and it reflects my score negatively. I am going to close my account, I will never support them again. What a bunch of *********** people. I'll have better luck with a rock. Absolutely utterly useless.

Sorry sir you have to call customer care and cancel. This place is Absolutely utterly useless. How in the world is this place still standing with so many *********** people working for it!!!!!!!
What a bunch of ******, everyone working there from the bottom to the top, bucnh of ******. I returned an Item that was wronfully send and my account still isn't credited
