I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the handling of my pension withdrawal request. After leaving my company, I submitted all the necessary documentation to begin the withdrawal process. It has now been months, and I am still waiting for a clear update regarding the status of my funds. I have sent multiple emails requesting information, but I have either received no response or very limited feedback. I have been informed that you are unable to provide me with the value of my pension or a confirmed payment date. This is extremely concerning, especially after such a long waiting period. Additionally, I understand that your own service provider has also attempted to contact you, yet no proper response has been given. I find it unacceptable that my emails are being ignored and that I am not being provided with clear information regarding my own funds.
On the day I sold my Property he was very helpfull but when the sale went through. I received attitude after I requested his help, but I never received payment. Now I am sitting with no money, and the property is not on my name.
I Sold my property Through Harcourts using there Laywers which was Bellingan Mullers. Now I still never received payment, and the Property is not on my name, and I am struggling with all of them to get my money I am awaiting now for two days
I have been waiting for Nedbank to provide me with a paid up letter for a personal loan account now for three months they stay keeping putting me through to different departments but as yet no joy from them I cant evens apply now for credit can someone maybe give me some guidelines here
