Extremely disappointing experience with Takealot . I ordered a solar battery and was scheduled for delivery on the 21st November. Despite sending an urgent email about the overdue delivery of my solar battery (order 195120378), I've yet to receive my order or any update on a rescheduled delivery date. The lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable, especially given the time-sensitive nature of my event. Agents promise to follow up but never do. Would not recommend to anyone.
On the 14th October 2021, I bought 1000 blocks for my double story house from Cemx blocks and paid the money upfront(they usually do COD). After weeks of requesting for delivery, they finally delivery 400 out of 1000, then 400 a month later. I had to fly back home from JHB when the builders told me that they will not be able to build with the blocks as they are breaking into crumbs. I then took a video of me squashing the blocks with my left hand and sent to Cemx blocks to see how the blocks breaks into crumbs. They requested to pick up the block and replace them with others. I thrn asked to come and see the blocks before they deliver, only to find out it is the same poorly manufactured blocks. I then requested for my money back. The owners boyfriend (Dylan Victor) was very rude, insulting me and kicking me out of his girlfriends yard. The owner then came out of their office and told me that they will give my money back after 14 working days wich was the 14 Dec and I should give them my proof if banking and a copy of ID, which I did. To this date, I have not received my money and they no longer pick up my call. They are no longer onsite only the workers are there. These people has scammed a lot of my village grannies. Please help me expose them and get my money back

I took my car for a valet service at Soapy rides Ferndale. A lot of things were stolen from my car, the staff that worked on my car claimed to not have seen any of the lost items. They broke a volume botton on the steering wheel. Few days later, they found the card which one one of the stuff that was missing. I have been sent from pillar to post regarding the broken button up to a point where the supervisor gave contact details of one of the owners. I have been calling them with no response. I then sent a voicenote via whatsapp, still no response after they have read the message. It is new stories every time I go to their car wash to meet with management. they break my car while working on it and they are not playing hide and seek. I am disgusted by their unprofesssionalism, a lot of people are complaining about their poor service. Management does not give a damn about it as long as the customers pay they don't care about the quality of service they give
my kids christmas clothes on Monday, 23 Dece 2019 Ferdale johannesburg, and expected them to arrive the next day before 10am as advised in all your adverti*****ts. Both parcels was last scanned in East London showing that it's in transit for delivery. Only to find out that after 7pm that the parcels has not been delivered, I had been calling your call centre both East london and Joburg with no response. Hired a cab to go look for your offices in EL hoping to find my parcels. I had to hire a cab to help find your office, they advised my sister to go to sorting facilities to see if the parcels are there, they only found one parcel. My kids did not have clothes for Christmas because you could not deliver. This is a scar that will never heal for my children. The worse part of it is that the one parcel that was not found in your distribution centre shows that it has been delivered, but we have not received anything. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICE. YOU ARE NO DIFFERENT FROM THE POST OFFICE. I TRUSTED YOU THAT YOU WILL DELIVER MY KIDS CHRISTMAS CLOTHES ON TIME.
I bought pork bangers yesterday at shoprite and when i cook it it was old and sour, with unpleasant smell. I took it back this morning and the butchery manager confirmed that it was indeed expired. They knew that it was exoired and yet they package it. They gave us another one, which we found out that it was also the same as the one we returned. I am disgusted by shoprite's service. I can't keep wasting petrol by returning the stuff to shoprite. I am very unhappy something must be done about that shoprite because its not the first time I experience this with them.
