I advise people to never use this company for any electricity purpose, their charges are very insane and they don't make any sense. How can one spend 100 a day on electricity but yet the only thing that is on is the fridge and TV. We cook with gas stove but we spend 80-100 a day for electricity.

After waiting 6 months for delays in the registration of my property, I finally received the keys and thought the ordeal was over. However, the attorneys have now failed to make timely payments as per the statement, leaving me in a difficult situation. Despite repeated requests and follow-ups, they've consistently delayed payment, causing me significant inconvenience. I've had to move into the house without electricity, and their lack of urgency has added to my frustration. I opened a policy with AVBOB, but due to their error, incorrect details of an unknown individual were captured. For over a year, I was unknowingly paying premiums for this person. When I discovered the mistake, I visited their Johannesburg office and submitted a formal complaint via email in December 2024. Despite providing all required documents to Vincent, the assigned assistant handling my case, I have received no feedback or updates. The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. *Expected Resolution:* 1. Immediate investigation into the error. 2. Refund of premiums paid for the incorrect policy. 3. Correct policy details and regular updates.
HR from this company (Mahlatse Manyelo ) from Randburg sent ui19 form with incorrect information and has been ignoring my emails and I still cannot apply for UIF , I went to the office and she promised to assist but still hasn't after I waited for hours to see her .I'm already two months on maternity and waiting for correct documents to apply for my UIF Maternity benefit.
What a services we got from Thapelo Montsho fr department of Labour at Roodepoort, the guy is so useless. I had to be there the whole with my child who is 28 days just for this guy to tell me that they are missing papers. He didn't check my papers at first he made sure that I go up and down on those long queues.
dont think about joining oyi medical even now i am still waiting for refund its been months now.
bad services, it been 2 months now. I am still waiting for my refund.
Oyi is the worst service provider, I have more than 3 weeks waiting for my Card.
