Watch these con artists
you buy a BA ticket for yourself and your spouse but don't imagine that means you can sit together on the flight; either you pay an additional amount to book the seats you want or you take your chances when checking in (if an executive club member you can book seats for free in advance provided your status is bronze or above). This is so cheap and *********. Note also that the value of your Avios varies according to how many you use - the more you use the less the value per unit. Why is that? Discourages you from using the Avios which they've been encouraging you to accumulate. Also cheap and *********

Full marks to Coronation
Needed to make a withdrawal of investment in Coronation unit trusts; easy to log in with username and password; confirmation via OTP. Took about 2 minutes, instruction acknowledged with reference number. In sharp contrast with Nedbank who I reviewed a little earlier & have made no progress due to a useless website

Ghastly Nedbank experience
Absolutely hopeless. Tried to login using username and password; name came up, but had to refresh details and the system wouldn't accept ID - said it had to be a minor???? because the investment was made initially when I was a minor. No contact number provided; had to use the general Nedbank number. tried to get a withdrawal form using Google, could only find for legal entities and endowments! I've spent about an hour trying to sort this out and have now got a contact number which I've abandoned for the time being having held on for 12 minutes for a response

Vuyani Modirapula assisted with a problem I had with a policy issued through a cold call from an outfit called Fgro which I needed to cancel - he was clearly on top of things, understood the issue and was able to direct me as to how to resolve things. Very professional manner. I loathe call centres but this man was superb.
