I had over 10 courses I had bought on Udemy years ago (since 2018 or so). These were supposed to be lifetime access. I had complete one or two and has started others. Recently I logged into my account to find none of my courses - no record of any; nothing in my wish list either. I checked the archives and nothing. I would like to have all my courses back otherwise refund.
On 16th Dec I received an SMS from RTMC saying that the parcel will be delivered on the same day. I did not receive any call from anyone saying that they are delivering the parcel, not on this day and not on any other. On 20th December I contacted SkyNet to follow up on the delivery; they told me that according to their records the parcel was delivered. They said that they would follow up internally with their driver and also escalate it with RTMC; I haven’t heard from them since. I also tried calling them but could not get through.
I ordered 4 items (under one order) from IC (Incredible Connection) on 31st Dec 2024. Two of the items, which IC couriered through a lesser known logistics company, were delivered by the 4th Jan 2025. The other two items, which IC couriered through Aramex, still have not arrived and it is now the 11th Jan 2024. Worse, the tracking on IC's website shows the last tracking update for these items as being the 3rd Jan 2025. On 8th Jan 2025 I called IC and I was told that if the items were not delivered on that very same day then I should register a complaint with them the next day. Delivery did not happen on 8th January and so I called IC again the next day to register my complaint. I received a call from one of IC' sister company branch in JHB, which supp**** the one item. It was explained to me that the parcel was collected by Aramex on 3rd Jan. On the 10th Jan I contacted Aramex and I was told that the two items were in their JHB warehouse. I was told that someone else from Aramex would call me to update me on the delivery. It is 11th Jan and I have not received any call from Aramex to confirm the delivery. It is really annoying, knowing that Aramex has had the parcels since 3rd Jan and not only not only have they not delivered, they are not able to even say when they will deliver; this despite repeated follow ups and them promising to contact me.
Poor service: I have had a Dotsure car warranty policy since November 2021. I recently took my car for replacement of shock absorbers etc. I had also noticed that my steering wheel did not feel the usual. The repair place ran inspections on my car and gave me a list of items that needed to be repaired/replaced. I called Dotsure and logged a claim. Dotsure sent me an SMS confirming that the claim had been logged and that someone from their side would contact me. The SMS provided me with the name of the person who was to call me and also provided a number and an e-mail address where I could contact the person. When I called the number I was told that the person I was looking for was on another call and that I should leave my details for her to call me back. I left the claim number I had been given in the SMS and my details. In addition to that, I sent an e-mail to the address I was given, explaining my claim and attaching the required documents. It is now two days later and I still have not received any communication from Dotsure. Worse, I needed my car back, and I do not suppose that I could leave it the repair place indefinitely, and so I had to go ahead with the repairs and pay for them out of my own pocket. I do not understand why Dotsure has not contacted me yet and I am considering cancelling my policy since it does not serve me and yet I pay premiums.

Sometime in 2020 ( I think) Cell C stopped sending me statements, but because I paid an almost fixed amount monthly I did not make much of it. The problem comes whenever I actually need the statements. I once called Cell C and asked for my statements, and also asked that they keep e-mailing monthly statements as before. All I received were statements for the month in question but going forward Cell C did not send further statements. Now, I call Cell C to ask for my statements; they ask me some security questions; I tell the lady that I have since moved and I am not sure if I had my home address updated on the system and so I give her my old and new addresses. She objects and tells me that I have to give her one address. So I give her the old address. She then comes back and says that I have failed the security questions. I ask her which one and she says she cannot tell. I tell her to in any case send the statement to the e-mail address she has one the system; as it made no difference whether or not I got the security question wrong she will be sending to the e-mail address she has on the system. She would not budge but was adamant that she could not help me. This irritated me so badly that I think I am going to leave Cell C. First I did not ask them to stop e-mailing me my statements and now I cannot get my statement because I have had my address change. It makes no sense at all why the lady couldn't just send the statements to the e-mail on the system.
