Worst service
My account is blocked or locked or whatever If there was a problem I could have been called however no one returns calls I have used over 50 rands airtime Uber will not function if my bill is not up to date Because tyme bank reverses the charge I had to pay from my other account Now I need to access my account and I cannot get into the account or transact on it Have my hold removed urgently this is ****en pathetic service

Worst service I asked for someone to call me my internet us off after I explained to the consultant I'll pat half last Friday and the balance on the 5th now I'm ****ed with no service after I paid it's not the first time Rain

i hate that one can never get hold of uber by speaking to an actual human being. I have forgotten my cell in a drivers vehicle . I cannot access my account as all my info is on my cell. I would just like my phone back even if i have to pay for the trip to have the damn driver bring it back its rather urgent

Bad service
I have sent numerous request to be contacted by rain I just get ticket numbers but no one calls I'm still waiting I have even called and no one answer and then left the option for a call back but still to date no reply PLEASE CAN SOMEONE JUST CALL MENIT IS URGE

Service
I never actually compliment Rain. But this was the first time I got really good service FRom malachi one of the support agents. I had requested that last month my Rain one bce canceled which did not happen. I requested another call today and when the Malachi called he explained the product and also advised that he will assist with my billing query as well. He has also escalated that request for service to be activated where as last month no one could assist. Rain should hire more consultants that put the clients needs as a priority and that gives such good service. Please could my escalation be handled
