Bull**** Service and ****
MTN is a **** of a company and they only pretend to care when they recruit customers, once the contract end they put it on month to month, when I called to cancel the contract I was promised that it is cancelled and sent reference number to that effect. To my surprise I keeps on getting debit bills for the very same contract that I cancelled, wham I call them I am taken biller to post after holding for an hour. Whey I emailed them I was then told that my contract was not cancelled and the references number was for other things of which they can’t even explain to me. When I said they should check their records they keeps on ignoring me. Stay far away from MTV

Stay Fare Away From These ****mers of Note with Horrible Service.
I bought dining table set and special order couch at Mattress and Couch Kwagga Mall Shop and got a call two weeks before collection and told that the special couch is ready, upon collection at the warehouse I was told that they don't have the right colour of chairs that I bought and by that time I am with the delivery car that I hired to deliver the furniture to Limpopo, secondly at first I was told that the special order couch is not ready, this is the couch I got a call two weeks before collection that it was ready. I was made to wait for almost an hour while they are looking for it, and by the time they said they got it, it was rapped in plastics which are not transparent and loaded in the delivery car, and as for the chairs I was then made to go collect the once on display at the shop which are not even clean of which I did. Upon arrival in Limpopo I had to open the special couch package which was sealed in plastics which are not transparent, only to realise instead of 7 cushions they only put 6 cushions. Upon realising I immediately took a picture and send to the sales man stationed at Kwagga Mall Matress and Couch Shop who informed me that the warehouse is closed he will lease with them when they reopen in January. to my surprise today I was told that the warehouse said the cushion might have been lost in transit and there is nothing they can do to assist. The cushions were rapped all together with the couches and i only managed to open that package upon arrival in Limpopo and realised that it is incomplete. There is no sign of professionalism and they don't want to take responsibility at all. Stay away from this ****mers.

Telkom is a **** and useless service provider
Telkom is the worst service provider ever. The consultant calls and informed me that I was due for upgrade on my initial 40gb day and night and promised that on the upgrade it will be 80gb to 80gb and the old sim card will be automatically cancelled of which I agreed. To my surprise from January to date I have been debited twice for both old and new sim card. When I called raised the concerns with telephone I was asked to go to police station and write affidavit and send to Telkom for my issue to be resolved and ultimately get refund of which I comp****. To my surprise the new sim of 80gb is no longer working and on the system I am told that the 40gb which was supposed to be cancelled in January 2024 and of which I have broke and through away is still active on my profile and the case has been closed without my issue be resolved or no communication received from Telkom regarding my case. Whenever I call Telkom I get made to hold for hours without being assisted. Telkom is a nightmare and **** of a service provider.

Sunnyside Pretoria Debonairs Pizza Worst Service
Debonairs Pizza Sunnyside Pretoria the service is poor and the stuff is unprofessional and rude. I ordered threeple daker Pizza and it was delivered two hours later in Sunnyside and it was cold and the base of the pizza had absolutely nothing Inuit was just a flour, I took pictures and send them to the number I was given when I called the landline and they just blue ticked my WhatsApp message and never commented. When I called them again they were very rude and said they will look at the message and get back to me and dropped the phone. To date after 3 days no one has ever bothered to get back to me. People be warned this Debonairs Pizza is a ****.
