Have been using them for more than a year. The scheduled auto repeat feature (giving you the freedom to change dates, quantities and items at any time) and the associated savings have me convinced they offer an unique and very convenient value added service. Their variety of dog foods and supported products like chewable deworm, tick and flea pills are on the mark. I can whole heartedly recommend their service well tested and validated.
This company quoted me on a MAKS/U-Prox system (>R25,000) and 8 days after making full payment they eventually delivered an incomplete system to me in KZN without pre-warning me they do not have stock of the OUTDOOR PIRs and the keypad. When I evetually succeed to contact them, they without any apology simply say they have placed these items on back-order and I will have to wait a week or 2 (very doubtful) for the shipment out of Ukraine!!!???? - The war-zone of Eastern Europe. On now being forced to demand an obvious immediate refund to get hold of another Alarm system due to the major increase in KZN's security uncer*****y, they simply ignore your demand and refuse to talk to you further ignoring your legal right to an immediate refund and their legal obligation to comply due to their TOTALLY ******* business practices considering any applicable commercial law, etc CPA, ... They never phone you to provide feedback on the order and if/when you do get hold of the salesman, Brain, he eventually admits their management's policy is to keep stock levels confidential (i.e. give out written quotes on stock even if it is not available), and the sales staff is not allowed to mention stock unavailability in order to not loose business. I will now need to take legal action to claim my money back in court.... You will be well advised not to deal with this company in any way and rather purchase from the other much better stocked and professional security retail and wholesale outlets like Regal, Elvey, and the many online options. Do not even look at the MAKS/U-PROX brand in South Africa. There is absolutely now appropriate support for this system locally.
They moved us down to KZN from Pretoria paid for by a state department as per of a retirement relocation benefit. We had no problems with the quoting, inventory listing and extension of the list in any way. The deferred payment based on the Purchase Order also was a welcoming improvement compared to the disaster of a confrontation with the first lowest remover quote. Service was on time and all items were delivered without issues.
ANYONE trying their services, are in for a .... !!!!!BIG SHOCK!!!!!. Their MO is presenting a very competitive quote with the promise of good quality material, work, lead-time and more..., asking for a 70% deposit, and on receipt of the deposit using any inconceivable excuse not to deliver the work, punting even more insane reasons not to refund your deposit. Like the other victims here, I also had to take legal action to try and recover my deposit, which I never managed to achieve due to their very clever, ********* and ******** intent to stay out of the legal fraternity's reach. They were eventually black-listed. Do yourself a MASSIVE favour and read all the reviews here and rather just STAY AWAY and support one of the many other honest and hardworking folks looking for projects out there.....
I was pleasantly surprised when I learned that this very well stocked hardware was open during lockdown.... I needed a HSS cobalt drill-bit for urgent drilling of lipped-channel and was stuck with blunt old drill-bits ..... The best experience actually was paying reasonable prices which were very comparable with large warehouse list-prices and in some cases very better. #30in30
I've been looking for an affordable, professional, fully online and reputable Insurance Company for a long time... As is everyone else I'm sure!!!! With curtain vehicles being at extremely high "risk" rated levels than others, the Ford EcoSport in my case, this gives some insurance companies the excuse to lift the monthly premium to extreme levels... This is probably one of the most diverse differentiating factors between insurers - how large the difference between premiums on the same model and vehicle... difficult to comprehend indeed!! Anyways, Miway offered me an premium discount of 36% off an already very competitive premium.. The most impressive experience up to data was using their website for a quote and final sign-off of policy, with immediate check-out any payment, without any phone calls. I must say looking at their impressive rating on this site gives that extra confidence level... #SupportLocal

I'm at a deep cross-road here!!!!!

Even though I was pleased to receive two calls in response to my previous complaint regarding this FTTH account, the second call on 31 March from the Telkom financial department eventually acknowledging and granting reimbur*****t to the extend that this account now will show a credit balance with funds owned to me, .....

.....I again received another call from a Telkom debt collection agency (on the 5 of Apr) threatening with listing me. When I explained to the agent what the situation is, she very arrogantly argues with me and does not want to except the account has been settled.

I asked her to email me in order to reply with some more detail, even though I did not receive any Telkom statement reflecting the changes yet, but she did not respond with any emails....

When is this nightmare going to end......

How difficult can it be? LISTEN TO THIS!!!!!

I gave official notice of contract cancellation (emailing the required form) on the 6th of Dec 2016 attaching all the required detail.

I received a call from Telkom during Dec about this request confirming receipt, had a long chat around the typical cancellation/penalty fee that would be charged, even though the lady was completely uninformed about penalty fees. I comfirm my intention and reasons for termination.

Telkom then keeps on sending me bills over the next two and a half months without closing my account, even though they de-activated the data service in line with my cancellation, i.e. mid Jan2017.

It takes me three visists to Telkom shops, 1 long call to their help desk, and numerous disputes on myTelkom.co.za, to eventually receive a final account on 15 Mar 2017 which is still not correct and is still over-charging me because the period 6 Jan 2017 to 17 Feb 2017 is not reimbursed (unlawfully billing remaining on my account after the 30 days notice period lapsed)

This is a complete nightmare ending with a debt collection agencies leaving voicemails on my phone and sending sms's eventually telling me I have been blacklisted by Telkom.

Absolutely stupendious

What is going on with this companies financial deptment?

Apart from being charged more than R1800 for an inconclusive diagnosis after tests and x-rays, I was told our Jack Russell must stay over at this clinic for more than 4 nights to be locked up in a very small 1x1m cage because they do not trust us to keep her still at home. They had this pre-conceived notion that she has a damaged shim in her spinal cord which was a complete fallacy confirm by arthritis medication from a different vet. When I complained (in writing) about the bill, he simply takes this nonchalant approach of there was nothing wrong with my service, you were the owner that removed the dog from my care before i could get to the bottom of the problem.... Be careful of this Vet......!!!

Why does Chubb respond to my previous compliant on Hellopeter with a promise that the issue will be speedily resolved but absolutely nothing comes from it....

This company tops the clueless list
