This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Mit Mak motors in the last 8 months. Once again the service i received was of an exceptional standard. To Vusi(sales exec) and Charles (FMI) thank you so much for everything. You 2 gentlemen are true assets to the company.
Fiber down for over a week and no explanation. Frog foot is useless to say the least. On Tuesday 21 Oct 25, they found a faulty line. They sent "engineers" to rectify the fault. Today is Friday the 24th and our fiber is still down. Only way to communicate with the useless bunch is via WhatsApp. This is sad that a company does not have a call center to sort out customers problems. Think the reason for that is because the call center would be the busiest part of the company. If there was another fiber supplier in Ermelo MP I would have left frog foot long ago. So congrats frog foot for being so pathetic. Hope future customers read this before they sign a contract with frog foot.🤬🤬🤬
Unbelievable service from both the sales exec Vusi and the f&i Charles. Will never buy from another dealer after my experience with Mit Mak motors. Thank you and see you again in 3yrs for my next vehicle.
Was promised a refund on 26/07/23. Today is 17/7/23 and still no refund. Have sent many emails trying to find out what is happening. No answer to emails for 2 weeks. They are useless once they get your money. There should be a complaints number to call. Will not be doing anymore business with them.
The current milage on my vehicle is 183100km. Please rectify this and send new copy of service plan. Thank you
