I would like to write a review about Auto & General and the lady who named is zama she really gives me confidence in the work and she have a passion for her work she was so caring and compassion towards our satution really I've feel so comfortable with her and how she conduct her skills and her job description and. She made it her duty to see that we are being help in such a way I couldn't imagine I would have been able to get help so quickly may she grow in her position and I wish her all the best

Unfinished work
I'm still waiting on response I'm still in shock going through all this myself they are good to deduct money from us now we are in a satution they can't help us. I've use my Kar petrol money and go fetch someone who is not working helping me with the room and gutters boys had to be paid and I'm super scared for the husband wife he worked for no pay because when I bought the things the money wasn't enough I don't need money I need help fixing my things that's why I bought the policy and it landed me in trouble with the husband wife I'm super scared to pick up my phone. I still need to pay him where will I get the money the gutters is still lying on the floor the tree branches is on the property I couldn't get people to come fetch that here. But do I do I've got still 2 policy with them for my cars to be services and scratches and dent and tires which is still not finish I don't want to cancel the policy I've been trying my best I'm over 60 driving the people up and down fetch and buying some stuff it's to much

Text tracking order for business
I'm very disappointed in the way they have managed their bedding in my house. I've never ordered anything at all I've received a text saying I must track my order and I thought aag man it was probably for someone else. To my dismay a box arrived the very next day. It was in August I'm sadden how a parcel can popped up my door and I've never ordered anything a man phone the next day ask me in and out if I could or should buy something from home Choice I said Mr I've had been a customer for several years ago I've got alot of bedding I don't need anything. So he dropped the call off. And the people of home Choice can say that about 10 people phone in and I explain the satution over and they will do something about it. Our country neads work and no one can take the op to fixed this satution really. On the text say the parcel is 699. And as today I'm taking my time to end this and warn people who want my bank statement and things this isn't what I vote for. Really south Africans open up your eyes wide. And watch what you play games on your divise. Because I can only see adverti*****ts on playing games and who knows. So please be violently with your phone and may God help south Africa

Bad service very bad
My house was flooded and the insurance paid out the business place is Gaza furniture I've spent 32000.rand in furniture in one month everydraw or furniture is broken they kept fixing 4times I've shown it to the consumers company the conditions it unpresidented how can they put no returns or refunf policies they are not even from the country. Where is our country headed. If they can't help me our elders. Really. Did they paid them off I made a complaint but only one day they came back to me asking me to rate them send pictures of the broken furniture you can confirm the money with auto and general insurance. I'm totally shocked how they can do that close the case just so I'm so disappointed in them they are disrespectful they seriously don't intend to give my money back or either they put a bigger amount on the furniture it was only 3 days just before Xmas. I'm very tired of business who can just do whatever they want.. Because I'm a woman who do the business with them. My husband had a double heart attack and 25 strokes now they feel they can treat me so unfairly. Guess what this woman me won't stand back and say nothing. They don't have a time frame if you something happened like a 6 months warranty or garrenty nothing. They are in voortrekker road gaze furniture the furniture was only 3 days and the drawers started braking apart and I phone so he started to say he can't come because the deasel is expensive and I say just come and fix but mean while. The cuberts starts wobbly it's not straight really they come from other countries and do to us whatever they want is not happening not on my watch. It's time to stop them that's why our people come and kill them which is where the crime comes in. It must stop even the Chinese shops we got nothing against them they don't want to employ our people instead they come and ask for our daughter to marry and pay the mother 200.rand a month it happened to me. And that's how they take our money out of the country and the crime is increased. It must stop

The best insurance company there is nothing can go wrong
I'm very glad that I choice auto and general people you won't be sorry to go for auto and general insurance really I've had a stress time with the storms the last cape Town storm. I'd Don't know what I would have done with out auto and general I'm a very sceptical person. But they staff calm me down I thought that I lost bedding and things. But to a great shocked it was all my furniture beds TV stands and nearly everything must be replaced. I'm telling you friends choose auto and general you won't go wrong. Honestly. They staff are helpful and keeping my calm. At my time of need. Thank you auto and general

The best insurance company there is. Choose the best. People
I've never been so happy and please in my life and made that choice to choose auto and general. It was a rainy weekend and I wasn't aware I was gonna save my granddaughter's lives. It' was a devastating storm it rain when we come home after my grandson 21st birthday. As we went to sleep. Our pool overfloading. But I've had wonderful people at auto and general who helped. I though that the damage was 5000.but it wasn't the people was wonderful helping me. The whole house furniture was replaced. I'm grateful and happy I would like to say people choose auto and general they are the best. Secure professional that feels what you going true pain. Hands up
