My battery went flat, unknown to me until I got an alert from cartrack. Went down, checked and that was the case. I prob whickably would not have known until I needed to use the vehicle. Would have then been a problem. Not now, as I will get the battery charged.
Niche shopping centre. Major draw card, a Woollies. Pleasant enough, well positioned but a detraction?, toilet facilities. Presumably, when out shopping, one doesn't go out to use toilets. It happens. If you at St John's, need to use a rest room, you told to ask the security to open it. When you find security, you told it will cost R2.00. Amount is insignificant, but there is signage stating the charge is for cleaning the facilities. Now I ask you, are tenants not paying rent, probably as a A grade building which is quite steep and, presumably, has provisioned that as an expense. As paying shoppers, are shopping centres not obliged to provide convenience facilities.
Mostly, always a pleasant experience shopping here. A very wide range of delectable goods and food available, most, if not all, priced on the item or on the shelf or basket. Surprisingly, ALL COLD DRINKS are placed randomly, lumped together with no pricing. Purchasing 2 330ml cans of FANTA cold drinks, I was shocked to discover that 1 was at R26.99 and the other was R29.99. My shock was further exacerbated when I found the identical items at another reputable shop at R20.90 each. If that is not GROSS PROFITEERING then I have no other word to describe it. Now I am understanding why theses items are not priced. Not even certain if that is not a transgression of the consumer act.
A few weeks ago I had an experience at this outlet and gave a review on Google. I was promptly contacted by the owner, who apologized profusely, took responsibility and requested I provide any additional information for further investigation and prevent repeat occurrences. And graciously attached an unexpected compensatory voucher. Now that is a reaction that is laudable. Other businesses should take note. Complaints are not made willy nilly and if you want customers revisiting, don't treat their concerns with disdain. THANK YOU THE CREAMERY
Previously reviewed them on Google for unprofessional service and tardy timekeeping. Needed some treatment, made an appointment for a specific technician a week earlier, confirmed 1 hour earlier on the day. Went in 5 mins earlier and still needed to wait 20 minutes and then got taken to the incorrect station with a person other than that requested. Then the correct person appears, whisked to the correct station and then rush rush rush and a haphazard treatment effected. On paying get told that they misunderstood what my appointment was for. Insane..unbelievably. Probably go back to see if that circus is better organized but definitely would not recommend.
Tumi Ramola was extremely pleasant, helpful and, unlike some of your other persons, very courteous.
This has to be 1 of the worst, if not the worst, walk in customer oriented businesses. The service provided is ludicrously bad. The last visit there, to pay an account, was so bad that after a wait of 31 minutes, we left without being attended to. As leaving we noticed a staff outside the shop VERY BUSY talking on his cell phone. This kind of service is not isolated, it is the norm. I complained previously to the Head Office with no improvement. And all that we needed to do was make a payment.
