All channels at SARS are pathetic! I have started getting emails from SARS for another person's profile so it seems they had given my email address in error. I need to remove my email from that profile so that i stop getting these assessment and OTPs but the feedback I get after holding on for 2hrs to the call centre is that nothing can be done and I need to wait for the other person to action. Pathetic service.
More shocking service from MTN at upgrade time. Went into MTN Dainfern store on Black Friday to upgrade my 2 accounts. After spending almost an hour there, i left the store thinking both were sorted. I get my statement today and it shows only 1 of the accounts were upgraded and for the other one i am paying the full month to month price. I phone the call centre and get told I have to go into the store to sort out. I go into the store and get told I need to go to head office in 14th Ave to sort out. And that the Black Friday upgrade is now not available! They have made their system and process issues my problem and inconvenience! And this after being a customer for almost 20 years!
For 2 months in a row now, certain DSTV Rewards are not working. I have sent emails and called the call centre but no feedback/resolution as yet.
Great service provided by Talib to sort out my wifi setup at home. Came through and gave me a quote with different options within a day. Job completed a day later. Answered every question I had. Highly recommended!
Have reused wording from other review as same experience. Scam golf cart business! Nice looking website advertising golf carts, supposedly based in Upington. I ordered online and payed via EFT. After the golf cart had been "dispatched" I was held to ransom to pay refundable fees for "insurance deposits" and "SAD clearances" else my cart would not arrive and I would not get my money back. "Dave" is the criminal behind this, do not trust this dodgy foreign fellow. Fraud cases opened with the bank and SAPS.
I moved into a new place this year and was having trouble understanding the water billing that was in place. Through numerous interaction with Patrick Malanda, I am finally comfortable with this understanding. Thank you Patrick for your patience!
